My Plumber

I hired *** *** of “My Plumber” to replace a sewer main line on 12/30/Tony cashed my deposit check of $1,on 1/10/After multiple calls* *** from My Plumber,finally “started” job on 2/3/17.I received a text message from my tenants on 2/10/stating that the My Plumbing Company apparently dug a big hole in the yard on Friday 2/3/17, which we found out later was not where the pipe was located, taped off the area and left a bob cat earth mover machine in the yard for a weekI received a call on 2/10/from *** *** from My Plumber & I was told that he still has not found the pipe, and that he though the excavation tool that is not capable of digging deep enough*** From My Plumber told me that it would be at least another week before he would have access to the new excavation toolIt had been weeks since the job was supposed to be completed & we mutually agreed to terminate the projectI was told by *** from My Plumber that I would be issued a refun
