My Polish Heritage

I ordered beginning of March a bracelet with inscription and never received, to this day. March 4-April 27.

I ordered an ornament on December 11, 2019 and soap from My Polish Heritage. I received the soap rather quickly, but I did not receive the ornament. I checked the tracking before Christmas on 12/23/19. It said it was in ***, and that is where it stayed. I'm not sure why. I contacted the company. Their suggestion was to check with my post office. That's the first I took offense to the situation. I shouldn't have to check the PO, but I did. They didn't have it, so I contacted them back. Their excuse was that the ornaments were made to order, and it was stated on their website or the email they sent when I ordered it. I did not see any such thing, and it was not on my confirmation email, but that is not the issue. It still hasn't arrived. They said whenever they send something out, it is out of their hands. That's ludicrous. Well, it's out of my hands too. They asked if I wanted a refund or to wait for it. I told them I wanted a refund and to take me off their email list. I got another rude reply stating that they were going to refund the money, but if I received it, I was expected to return it, and she told me to unsubscribe myself. Jenn with My Polish Heritage was extremely rude, and didn't care if I remained a customer or not. I was highly insulted and wanted to speak to her manager. I'm still waiting on that.
