Response: We are very sorry for the inconvenience of this matter to Mr [redacted] I have sent them the correspondence stating that the pool manufacturer will send their parts and we have gotten all their shipping and fees waivedAfter parts have arrived I have explained to Mr [redacted] that we will need the pool to be emptied, the replacement parts will be put on by My Pool and Patio and we will straighten the wrinkles out in the pool linerThere are some rust issues they are having and we have been advised to add a Metal Stain remover to their waterAt this time we are waiting on the parts and we will go from thereThere is not a time line on this work given we do not know when the parts will arriveSent on: 5/26/9:54:AM
