Review: I placed an order online for a Sofa Sleeper October **, 2013 and it is now October **, 2013. I've called and emailed the company several times requesting information concerning when the order would be shipped. I haven't received a call or a response to my emails. My credit card has been charged and I haven't received the Sofa Sleep as of yet. I'm requesting a full refund as settlement due to this issue.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a refund of $679.44, which is the total cost of the Sofa Sleeper.
