I established a new weekly auto-renew account with this food delivery company last week (on 4/12)I am supposed to be autobilled every week for $130, for food deliveries on Mondays and Thursdays between 12am-7am PSTThis time, the food delivery service failed to deliver the food during the scheduled delivery window of 12am-7am PST on 4/18, despite the fact that they already charged me $for said delivery last weekI have multiple email confirmations from them confirming that the food was scheduled to arrive during that delivery windowWhen the food never arrived, I called/left voicemail and emailed customer service several times (starting at around 8am PST), and they did not respondWhen customer service finally emailed back at 10:46am, they offered no sincere apologies, no offer of a refund, or anything else to build goodwill or make up for their mistakeWhen I complained again, I received another email from them at 1:13pm, only offering free meals from this delivery and

[redacted]'s meals were delivered to her home address 2 hours later than promised due to an issue with our delivery driver. Per her direction, they were picked up from her home to be redelivered to her work address. Meals were kept refrigerated until we received a new delivery address and could...

dispatch a driver out to that location. Final delivery was made at 3:45pm on 4.18 and a credit of her missed meals for that day ($21) was issued into her account,Power Supply's Operations Manager (Devika M[redacted]) responded directly to [redacted] via phone and email with an apology for the disruption, the late delivery and poor communication. In addition to the above credit, she was issued a refund for the entire week's order ($130) and a credit for a weeks worth of free meals ($130) on 4.19. A total of $281. Our 3" party food safety investigator is in the process of a formal investigation into this issue as we take food safety very seriously and would do the same for any claim of illness with our meals.
