To whom it may concern,I am writing in response to the letter that I received from you regarding a complaint that you received *** ** ***. *** *** purchased some items from me I shipped the items to her via US mail. I have a tracking number for the shipment. A
good while later I received a message from her stating that sh did not receive the items. Upon hearing from her I checked the tracking number and realized that the package was apparently lost (or something happened with the package) . These were handmade items and I quickly remade them and shipped them back out to Mrs, Anderson. I paid out of my own pocket to reship these items to her. Several days later I received the package back with RETURN TO SENDER written all over the package. She then filed a claim with ***l stating the items that she received were not as described. However, according to her she didnt even open the package and instead marked the package return to sender. I worked hard to make these items, I shipped the first package and I have the shipping information if needed. I shipped the package to her and did not here from her for at least weeks. Then all of a sudden she claimed that she didnt receive the package. Because I try to always be fair and want to please my customers I then remade these items which took two days and then paid out o my pocket (not hers) to reship them to her all the way to Maine. I am not a dishonest person like she claims, instead I am a very caring person that tries hard to make others happy and was very surprised that *** *** did this. I am unsure as to what happened, whether she received the first package and was trying to get a refund and keep the items or if she just changed her mind or what exactly happen. She filed a claim with ***l after REFUSING the box and returning it to me. The claim was that the items were not as described yet she didnt even bother to open the package to look at them. This was a claim with ***l and they could clearly see it so they denied her claim.. After they denied her claim she was very mad and even sent me some pretty nasty messages on ***. Shortly after she then filed yet another report with you the Revdex.com. I have been in business for years and have never had any issues like this and have had many many happy customers. I am sorry that this happened and I wish she would have not refused the package, I have attached the documentation from *** not only did she file a claim on one order from f me she filed a claim on an order from months ago that she received. Honestly this has been quit a bazaar situation that I have never quite had to deal with before. As I mentioned I always try to do right by my customers and after I realized that she had not received her package I quickly remade the items, I shipped them at my expense just for them to be returned. I am sorry that *** *** feels this way, however I feel that I did everything to try to correct this issue and she was very mean and hateful and threatening to me. She was very mad that she could not get a refund after filing the claim with *** but they could see that I was not at fault and tried to do everything to please her and ensure that she received the items. Again these were handmade items that took two days to remake and get sent to her all the way to Maine so naturally it would take a couple extra days to arrive. I feel that I did everything I could to accommodate her. She even clearly states that she refused the box after she new I was shipping it, in messages between her and I she new I was remaking the items ad reshipping them to her. I just dont understand why she got so mean with me. Thank you for your time,*** ***
