I wouldn't even give them a single star! The item I purchased was: Bobble Yellow Water Bottle Replacement Filter, Set of 2.

I picked up this Bobble Filter set on 8/8/18, from my local Walmart, to replace the filter from my Bobble Water bottle. I was very pleased to find that I could order the replacement filter from Walmart and pick it up from the store. However, I'd not had the new filter a month and the 1 yellow replacement filter that I started using, cracked! When I tried to squeeze water out of my bottle, the water spewed out everywhere. This began after about 3 weeks of use. I tried rotating the bottle to use the part that wasn't cracked, but it continued to spew water out, when squeezed the bottle. I finally took it into the Walmart store, only to be told that they could do NOTHING about it. They said I had to reach out to the seller. I thought that Walmart was the seller! A store manager had to help me find out who the seller was! It turned out to be My Quick Buy, via my order from Walmart. I was told that I had to contact them through the Walmart order website, which I did. Walmart wrote back to me, telling me that they reached out to My Quick Buy and that My Quick Buy would reach out to me in a day. That was almost 2 months ago and I can't get a response from anyone! I can't even find a phone number for the company!

this is the first and last time I will ever want to use the quick buy I will at all times refuse to buy from any retailer who uses them . I have been for several days trying to get them to contact me on a return/exchange. what a waste of my hard earned money.

Thanks to My Quick Buy rep. Jen.H I was able to recieve a replacement item that I had ordered through Amazon Prime.but that FED EX had losted or delivered to the wrong address or whatever..Calling Fed Ex was useless cause they insisted that delivery was successful..Amazon had no good Customer Service...Finally My Quick Buy came to my aide...Just got it ( Healthometer Scale) and it works Beautifuly ...love it my deepest appreciation to Rep. Jen. H...Checked My Quick Buy gets my Thumbs UP...THANKS.

Concerning Amazon order No. 112-4798340-0932259...Fed Ex track No. 771684487541...is still missing...I have NOT received the package as of now March 11 2018 —2:30 pm...Called FED EX ...they state that the package was recovered and has been re-Delivered..However I have NOT received the PACKAGE.

Review: I purchased a Haan SI-70 steam mop from Rakuten.com earlier this week. The product was a marketplace item that was sold by My Quick Buy. The product was advertised as a brand new product for $84.99. I used a promo code and purchased the product for $73.95 with free shipping. I followed up with Rakuten to confirm that the product was in fact brand new. Even the receipt that was emailed to me stated that I had purchased a brand new item. The steam mop was delivered today, and on the outside of the box it states that the product is factor reconditioned. They are still selling them online at Rakuten.com as brand new Sku: 226874523. I searched a lot of hours before I purchased this product. I feel like they are misleading consumers. Factory reconditioned does not mean brand new.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to send me a new one or a $30.00 credit. If not, I want to return the product and they need to pay for the return shipping. Also, they need to stop advertising the product as brand new, and say that it is factory reconditioned.

Review: We ordered a 4' ft deep pool manufactured by Intex Co from Amazon via the internet. Amazon used My Quick Buy to provide the pool direct. After 3 weeks of cold/bad weather, we set up the pool in the backyard on the most level portion of our yard. The first problem arose as the pool filled with water and a small leak was discovered. I easily patched that using the repair patches included with the pool. After the pool was complete we tested it to make sure it was stable. while it spilled water over the sides it seemed fine. Four days later the pool emptied over night due to mild winds of 10 to 15 mph.Based on the above factors, we contacted Amazon to let them know we are not happy with the product and requested how we go about obtaining a refund. Amazon in turn passed this information on to My Quick Buy who had the manufacturer contact us. They said I could return to them under warranty but I explained to the manufacturer this wasn't a warranty issue but our dissatisfaction with the pool. I was told this needs to go back to the retailer. My Quick Buy says I need to get a new pool from Intex than send them both pools at my expense plus a 30% repack fee to obtain some kind of refund. this is unacceptable and also appears to be unethical on My Quick Buy's part. Any assistance you can supply would be appreciated.Desired Settlement: I return the pool to My Quick By at my expense and they provide me with a full refund.
