She had called us and told us she had dropped this complaint. We have automatic billing and she didn’t realize she was on a different billing cycle. She spoke to the owner on a Sunday night and she said she was out of the office, but she could call back during office hours. She then filed the...

complaint with the Revdex.com. She knows the owner doesn’t handle the day to day and she should’ve called me.  I spoke to her and we helped her with the issue and explained that it was the annual billing cycle and that she didn’t have to pay till April. I even said I would send her an updated invoice. At that point she was happy and everything has been resolved.
