Review: I placed an online order on March **. Dispute multiple email attempts & phone calls, I cannot get a response regarding my order. The charges were taken from my checking account but I have not received the products.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or refund
Review: I ordered a product on 11/*/14 and have not received it. I have emailed and called repeatedly, but have not had success in reaching any one. The phone number is disconnected.Desired Settlement: Refund of 15.95

Review: I placed an on-line order on July **, 2014 for products. Funds were taken from my account, however, I have not received the products. I have made several attempts to make contact, through emails (although I received a generated generic response) ... I did not receive any notification from the company directly. I have attempted several phone calls (which is no longer in service) ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Refund of my funds.
Review: On [redacted] July 2014, I submitted an order via the internet ([redacted]) Order Number [redacted]; paid with my VISA Credit Card and to date I have NOT received the products ordered.
On [redacted] July 2014, I emailed the company to check on the status of my order and received an email from the company stating they would be back in touch with me.
Have also attempted to contact the company via phone through the number listed on their website ###-###-#### and the number that is listed on the Revdex.com website for this company ###-###-####; both numbers are 'out of service'.
To date, I have not received ANY communication from this company nor have I received the products ordered.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND to my Credit Card and a case opened with NY Attorney General's Office to investigate the fraudulent business practices of this individual / these individuals. Furthermore, this (so-called) company has my CC information which I feel they may use to steal my identity.

Review: I placed and order 4/**/2015. I was immediately charged for the order. Shipping Policy stated company would not charge until items shipped. I have received NO communication from company regarding order, why it is now on "Hold", if or when it will ship.Desired Settlement: FIRST OPTION: I would prefer delivery of Order.
SECOND OPTION: Complete refund.
