Response to complaint assigned ID# [redacted] On October 25th Absolute Towing sold a Dodge Intrepid SEThis particular vehicle, was a vehicle Absolute Towing sold on consignment for a customerThis particular vehicle was actually services by Absolute TowingWe did the maintenance required on the vehicle and when it was sold there were no warning lights presentAbsolute Towing also road tested the vehicle and it drove and ran very wellOn November 11th Absolute Towing received a repair bill from a local repair shopThe mechanic stated the vehicle was being rand and driven with no coolant in vehicleThe mechanic also stated the mileage was 171,The agreement signed by the customer states the mileage to be 171,The vehicle was drove miles with no coolantThis lead to the vehicle overheating to the point cylinder head/head gasket has internal failureAbsolute Towing sometimes offers vehicles for saleThere vehicles are offered to the publicThese vehicles are sold at reasonable prices and we have each customer sign contract, where there is no warranty, what so everPeople do take a risk when trying to get a good vehicle at a very low priceMany of these people are very happy with their purchase but on occasion they are notThis, in no way, has anything to do with Absolute TowingWe are very clear with customer and have the individuals sign a paper stating the purchaser understands the agreement comes with no guarantees, promises, or warrantyThe only recourse for the buyer would be for them to either fix the vehicle or sell it to the auto recyclers at a reduced price, if the damage caused by running the vehicle with no coolant would be too costly to repairAttached you will find a copy of the declaration of no warranty of the vehicle signed by the purchaser Regards, [redacted] Owner Absolute Towing

the vehicle and when it was sold there were no warning lights present. Absolute Towing also road tested the vehicle and it drove and ran very well. On November 11th Absolute Towing received a repair bill from a local repair shop. The mechanic stated the vehicle was being rand and driven with no coolant in vehicle. The mechanic also stated the mileage was 171,364. The as-is agreement signed by the customer states the mileage to be 171,311. The vehicle was drove 53 miles with no coolant. This lead to the vehicle overheating to the point cylinder head/head gasket has internal failure. Absolute Towing sometimes offers vehicles for sale. There vehicles are offered to the public. These vehicles are sold at reasonable prices and we have each customer sign as-is contract, where there is no warranty, what so ever. People do take a risk when trying to get a good vehicle at a very low price. Many of these people are very happy with their purchase but on occasion they are not. This, in no way, has anything to do with Absolute Towing.
