We are writing with reference to ID *** with the complaint submitted by Mr*** *** for services that were provided on April 21, by Cinci Sweeps LLCWe take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly addressed and therefore a full investigation was conducted
In conclusion, we have found some important discrepancies in Mr*** complaintOn this particular service appointment at the *** residence, the owner of Cinci Sweeps LLC , as well as a field technician, were both presentWhen they first arrived for the 11am appointment at the residence, there was no answer at the door. The first call was made by the owner of Cinci Sweeps LLC to Mr*** personal cell phoneMr*** had instructed Cinci Sweeps LLC not to leave the residence and that he would contact his wife. Approximately minutes later, Mrs*** arrived at the door. A thorough chimney inspection and dryer ventilation inspection were then performedIt was at this time, the owner discussed the results of both inspections and recommended cleanings and estimated costs before tax, for both services with Mrs*** Per Mrs*** request, a call was then made by the owner of Cinci Sweeps LLC to Mr*** for consent to complete the recommended cleanings A dryer ventilation cleaning as well as a chimney sweep were then performed. Due to the condition of the *** fireplace, a total of hours were spent during this appointment. The final invoice was then prepared and reviewed with Mrs*** who then initialed once and signed her name stating that “I am satisfied with the work completed and hereby authorize that the payment for the above invoice be made payable directly to Cinci Sweeps LLC.” There was no discussion about the final cost of the bill made by Mrs***A payment was then collected in the form of a check, not a credit card, as Mr*** had indicated in his complaint. Approximately days after the appointment, a phone call was made by Mr*** to the owner of Cinci Sweeps LLC demanding $be refundedAt this time, Mr*** stated he was satisfied with both cleanings, however he did not want to pay the full amount that was billed and collectedThe owner of Cinci Sweeps LLC explained that the costs were clearly reviewed prior to any work was completed and because he was satisfied with the cleanings, no refund would be made There was never a verbal agreement made by the owner of Cinci Sweeps LLC to Mr*** at this time to adjust any portion of the bill and refund $ Approximately days after the phone call, Cinci Sweeps LLC received an email written by Mr*** *** demanding he be paid $The following are direct words retrieved from Mr*** email sent to Cinci Sweeps LLC. “I will be patient until Monday of next week, my first call will be the the Revdex.com, and possibly to other venues, so I don’t really want to do that but unless u come through as we agreed I willAnd don’t call me to offer excuses! …*** ***” One week later, a written complaint was made to the Revdex.com by Mr*** *** against Cinci Sweeps LLC In Mr*** complaint to the Revdex.com he makes mention, twice, that he felt the work completed was satisfactory. In the event any work performed by Cinci Sweeps LLC is not satisfactory to our clients, we will do our best to make things rightIn this particular situation, we here at Cinci Sweeps LLC, believe we provided above satisfactory service and offered reasonable costs based on the amount of work and time that was put forth in the completion of the jobs performed at the *** residence

Hello, We have received the above referenced complaint. Upon searching our customer order records using all the information provided (name, address, phone, email and account number), we can confirm this individual never placed an order with us. He lists the purchase price as $24.99. We do not...

sell any products for this price. He claims he signed up for a Starbucks gift card. We do not sell nor offer Starbucks gift cards.This is another case of mistaken identity. I don’t know how he assumed our business address was associated with his experience, but it is not.He did not order from us and we did not bill him.
