My Service Pride

I ordered my rack through this site because they were the only site that had ALL 50 states National guard’s ribbons and were able to build my racks accordingly plus my coffee mugs were of extraordinary craftsmanship.
I wished there was another site like them so I could order more.

I had purchased items previously from the My Service Pride Store. I am wanting to place an order for additional items, but have been unable to find their web site. Has anyone located them. I attempted to contact them via telecom, but get a busy signal each time.

I loved My Service Pride. I have purchased items from them in the past. Today however, I tried to get to their website and everytime I put in their URL, I get redirected to https://www.midwestppg.com/...did they go out of business? Has someone stolen their URL? do they have a new URL? anyone have any information please share here...Frustrated!

I recently left the Active Army after 14 years of service and wanted something to commemorate my time in. The website for My Service Pride was easy to navigate and let me fully customize a coffee mug which displays my service to anyone who knows how to "read" a uniform. The mug was high quality and the artwork impeccable these guys clearly take pride in their work and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Review: I ordered several items from the business and paid via debit card. My amount was deducted from my account and now I cannot get any indication as to when or if I will receive the items. I have left several messages and had no response from the business. I would Like to receive the Items or get my money back. I have waited since the first of June 2013.

Mr. [redacted] did indeed order and pay for his products. They were processed as normal. We are a small shop and are reliant on other printers for the products that Mr. [redacted] ordered. They have been sent and tracking shows he did receive them on the 19th of June, his order placed on the 2nd. Mr. [redacted] says he called our number for an update, but for whatever reason, I never received those calls. Another small glitch in this situation was a case of mistaken identity. We received the notice of this complaint and responded to A [redacted], but not the correct Mr. [redacted]. Although there were two [redacted] Allens in our computer system, when I searched to get an email address only one was returned. I assumed that must be the correct one, and, acting on that assumption, send an email communicating the situation. Only after a few days did the wrong [redacted] let me know I had made that mistake. By that time, the order had arrived to the Mr. [redacted] of this complaint. I have just emailed him since them to clear up the situation.

My name and rank is Captain [redacted], Medical Service Corps, United States Navy, Retired. I served in the Navy for a period of 35 years rising from an E-1 to E-6 and O-1 to O-6. I have served with the United States Marine Corps as a Hospital Corpsman, on board nuclear submarines as an Independent Hospital Corpsman, a Commissioned Officer as a Radiation Health Officer and Medical Health Physicist. My specialty involved medical health physics and biomedical intelligence analysis for various intelligence agencies, both uniformed and civilian as a consultant for over a decade.
I became involved with MyServicePride after retiring from the Navy when located their original website and became introduced to Mr. Robert M[redacted] and his son Matt M[redacted]. Their business was getting started in military designs embossed on drinkware and wanted to advertise their high quality products with an actual customer’s order. I rate and wear eight rows of ribbons, as well as Silver Dolphins for Enlisted Submarine Qualification and a Command Ashore Installation Trident. It makes for a very unusual combination which is seldom seen, but impressive on a large stein or tankard. Soon I was bringing an example of various MyServicePride products to the Officer’s Club for use, with my comments regarding my total satisfaction with the company and ease of ordering with the MyServicePride “rack builder” program.
I would rate MyServicePride as one of the finest personalized military custom design locations on the entire internet. There are many other military “ribbon and medal bar t-shirt sites”, but only MyServicePride takes the next step of creating personalized, highly individualized, keepsakes of a military member’s career. I have noted that if any product fails to meet the slightest expectation, a phone call to the Order Line of MyServicePride will immediately correct the problem. I asked if they could add my Command Ashore Installation Trident; and every order since that phone call has included that distinction. They did not have it displayed as an item of choice, but specifically searched the internet to locate just the device, meeting their exactingly high quality standards.
MyServicePride is also highly respectful of those of us who have served and conduct a rational “sanity” check of selected ribbons or medals being ordered to ensure that the individual placing the order could have realistically earned the awards being requested. In this manner, MyServicePride is helping to eliminate “posers” and those who are attempting to beguile the community with awards which they did not earn, in service they did not perform.
