Tom Simmons at Quick Fix Handyman was fantastic While he didn't actually do any work at our house, only because he felt he could not meet our time obligations as it is getting late in the summer and our insurance company had a deadline, he put us in touch with another contractor and was gracious enough to answer some questions that I had about what he felt we needed to have done He could have told me to ask someone else or the person he referred me to, but he took the time to explain what was needed, what he felt my options were, and if it were him, what he would do, which was not the most expensive option I will definitely be calling Quick Fix Handyman again
I contacted Tom after we had an unfortunate incident involving our [redacted] counter top and a candleI needed someone to install a drop in tempered glass cutting board without taking the counter top offI explained to Tom what I needed and he quickly got back to me with an estimate and let me know what days were openI was able to easily get an appointmentOur craftsman was RalphHe knew exactly what to do and installed the cutting board with no problemsHe even cleaned up the sawdust and helped me put my drawers and pots and pans backWe are so happy with the result and Ralph turned the unfortunate accident into a positive feature of our kitchenThe rate was extremely reasonable and the job was done correctlyWe are considering other jobs for Tom and his crew

On May 31, 2018, I contracted Quick Fix Now Handyman Service to replace a new flush valve in one of my bathroom toilets The cost for parts and labor for this service totaled $ I have hired this handyman service several times over the past few years and have always been assured of a year's warranty on work completed On September 3, 2018, I contacted [redacted] , owner of Quick Fix Handyman Service, and reported a problem with water dripping from the toilet into the tank Tom sent the same repairman [redacted] who initially installed the flush valve to my home the following afternoon, September 4th Upon arriving, the repairman [redacted] did a quick inspection by checking the flapper and jiggling the valve and assured me that all looked well He flushed the toilet once and then left within about minutes Five minutes later, I flushed the toilet again, but this time, the flush valve was not shutting off the flow of water - and subsequently, the water that accumulated in
