[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I apologize for giving wrong information (by repeating the information that I had been given by a business/sales person that was at my residence to give me a free estimate on a potential house project after they noticed the Howe Construction sign in my yard-that person had stated that Contractor [redacted] Howe had sold the business to an employee and was now working on the I-bridge) After talking with Contractor [redacted] Howe yesterday I learned that is not true I realize now that it would have been better if I had immediately contacted Contractor [redacted] Howe to ask if that information was true before repeating it to anyone else or taking any action like taking down his business yard sign that was in my yard I plan to let that person know the truth as soon as I can.Contractor [redacted] Howe has contacted me and has let me know that Howe Construction is definitely still in business - and he is going to complete the work - and he has answered my questions - and he will be doing additional work with me - after the ordered material arrives and we schedule that work and when that work is completed he will pick up the business yard sign - all on the same day I am definitely happy with his business This concern has been taken care of Thank you Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] will try to contact consumer and will arrange a time when he can finish the flashing and grab his sign. He ask that she contact him back as well if he cannot reach her. He does want to finish the work.
