On 4/8/2016 the consumer contacted our Customer Support Team in an attempt to gather information regarding the $98.00 charge she incurred on 4/5/2016. Our Customer Support Representative thoroughly explained the Terms and Conditions she agreed to upon signing up for the promotion. Although she admitted to not reading the Terms and Conditions prior upon placing her order, she requested a refund in which our strict no return on open packages policy was advised. When advised of our strict Return Policy, the consumer advised he would file a dispute with her financial institution, in an attempt to resolve the consumer's dissatisfaction our Billing Department Manager advised the consumer to initiate a conference call with our Customer Support Team and her financial institution for a resolution to be met.

There has been no attempt By company to settle. I have refused the order but no refund was offered.
