Review: I submitted a deposit via [redacted] for a pair of boots that the business was to put on hold once I paid the deposit back In September 2013. The boots were to be available in November and I was to make bi weekly payments until paid in full. I made two payments and stopped getting an invoice so I emailed to inquire and Lynette assured me I was fine and [redacted] was experiencing problems not them. The boots have never been shipped to me and I have requested a refund and the seller will not refund my deposit and refuses to ship the boots. They have also done this to other clients on [redacted] which is where they are promoting the online business. I have been told several times I would get a refund only after contacting them [redacted] only to get the run around every few days. I have begged them to refund my deposit because the boots that were supposed to be held with my deposit are now sold out on the website. I have called and emailed numerous times and they never respond. All I want is my 110.50 deposit I paid on the boots that I never received.Desired Settlement: Refund of 110.50 on z gold boots that are now sold out on website.

Review: I ordered a sweatsuit on January 24, 2014 and have not received the item. I have reached out to the company several times via email. They responded weeks later. Then finally on March 18, 2014 I was told I would receive a full refund.Desired Settlement: Wish to receive my money back to my [redacted] account or my credit card.
