was no wrong doing of the employee on measuringThe measurements were taken and the sizing matched to the dress measurements from the dress manufacturer's chartThe measurement were in between a Small and Medium and as such employee provided sample dresses in both sizesCustomer tried on the Small and insisted that it fit her fine and declined to try on the MediumWhen the purchase was rang up the employee re-iterated the return policy and customer agreed to place the orderThe dresses are pre-made by the manufacturer and we don't have control of the sizing, we are just equipped with a chart and that's why we have always have sample dresses available for people to try
After receiving the unnecessarily rude email from the customer, we provided a response indicating that we are holding our position that the policy remains and there was no wrong doing of the employeeAfter an apology was made by the customer for the unnecessary tone and rudeness of the email we offered an alternative responseAfter all, we are just a small business that want's to provide a happy and enjoyable experience for all of our customersWe arranged for the dress to be re-ordered in a Medium as long as the customer paid for the shipping costs and acknowledged that there is no guarantee and that My Sister's Closet Hawaii will not be responsible if it does not fit
