This company charged me for something that should't of happened because I cancelled the free trial in July and they charged me in October
I did the free trial and cancelled within the 14 days and then 3 months later they charged my account $ 89.99 and I never received any product.
When this happened to my account I called my back because I didn't recognize the name and thought it was fraud so the bank credited me the money back and then the company sent them paperwork on the free trial transaction showing it was legitimate. After I realized what this company was and that I did do a free trial and it wasn't fraud I called the company and talked with a supervisor and explained what happened and she told me that she couldn't help me because I called the bank first. So I have been charged $89.99 for a product that I cancelled back in July and the company made the mistake and I am out the money and didn't even get any product. So this company get $89.99 of my money for nothing literally. This company wouldn't work with me at all because I thought this charge was fraudulent and contacted my bank first.
The resolution i want from this company is just my $89.99 back for a charge that they should have never made in the first place because i cancelled my free trial within the 14 days.
This customer ordered 2 trial products and was informed prior to purchase that if she did not cancel her trial that the program would automatically recur a billing and would ship a new product unless canceled. The customer did not comply with the terms and was billed for her trial. She then disputed the charge with her issuing credit card entity and was graded a chargeback. She has been refunded in full and still has the product. Please tell her that we will be putting her into collections.

I did sign up for a trial product that I received but, then canceled my subscription before the 14 day were up back in july. This charge to my bank debit card was done in October and shouldn't of been charge to me at all because I cancelled my trial in time. My bank did give me a credit back but, then reversed the charges and I can prove that with documents. I did NOT get the $89.99 back otherwise I would have never contacted the Revdex.com in the first place. This company has $ 89.99 of my money and shouldn't have charged me in the first place. This company is is not trustworthy and I would never recommend them to anyone. I just want my money back!
The company states you are allowed a free trial at $4.95 and then charges you $89.99. The toll free number 888-309-4336 to cancel is not available
I ordered a "free" sample and was charged $4.95 per sample for shipping. In fine print somewhere, I did not see that you have 14 days to return the product or be charged $89.99 a month for the product. I hardly had time to even try the products much less return them. There is no address to return the product and the toll free number that you can call to cancel 888-309-4336 is not available. I have tried another toll free number with no success at reaching anyone. I have reported this as fraud to my credit card company to see if they will remove the charges. This company is a scam and needs to be put out of business. They also state that their customer service is 24/7 but there is no one to answer your call.
I want a full refund of the $179.98 they have charged me along with cancellation of my so-called subscription.

I foolishly signed up for a "sample" of skin crème to be sent to me for 4.95 in June of 2017. I never received the "sample" but full size bottles of the product and another product with it. I never knowingly agreed to paying for the full priced item. With the help of my credit card company the charges were reversed and the company told me to keep the product with their apologies. Then out of the blue I was charged again the same amount 4.95 on 3-3-2018. I had not seen an advertisement for the skin care product let along order it. I tried to call the company by using the phone number provided on the credit card description. (888-309-4336). There was no dial tone no anything for this phone number. I called my credit card company to dispute this charge. I was told that not only was the 4.95 on the account but there was a pending charge from this same company for 89.00 which I also disputed. My credit card company tried calling the number 888-309-4336 and they did not get a dial tone either just dead air. I looked this number up on the internet and it is the "terms and conditions" of this company. In their document it says that you can "cancel your order" by calling 888-309-4336. What a bunch of lies. So with their scan they apparently can continue to charge you on and on without your consent. Fortunately my credit card company is fighting the get these charges reversed. Please advise the public to beware of this company. Thank you.

Billing Adjustment I think my credit card company will get these charges reversed. I hope so. I would also like this company and any offspring companies to never contact me again and never charge me again. When this is resolved I plan to cancel my credit card so they can't charge me whenever they desire. I did not authorize this last charge and have received no product.
