This was a very good experience , I had ADT and when they raised my monthly fee I started shopping around. I came across these guys. I am pleased with the installation ,the tech was very good and gave me his phone number in case I had technical questions. The system works as promised and received a guaranteed rate for 5 years. I will recommend them to anyone. The system is extremely easy to use and program .

I had My Smart Security install an home alarm system in my home last weekI was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the quality of the equipment they came to install ***, my installer was very pleasant He was polite and as we went ahead with the installation he explained to me what each alarm or senor was and how to monitor it Their monitor for this system is a two way system Very nice Like I said, I got this system a week ago It is nice to know when you go to sleep at night or when you are out of your home that someone is watching over you That's what this company is all about ! I should add that the equipment and the installation was absolutely free No upfront cost to the buyer There company sets it up so you will have someone monitoring your alarms and sensors hours a day....all for $per month

I have been with this company over a year now. Each time I call they're able to get my issue resolved immediately. A lot of times they're able to send a technician out same day or next. I had an issue with the door sensor and they were able to resolve it within the next day. Even when you send them an email or leave a voice mail they've respond within the hour. How many other companies provide this type of service each time? These employees love their company and show it when they see or talk to us each time. I really appreciate everything they do for us.
