My Smarter Window

While our projected wait time was extended, due to fall/winter holiday's, and then the Corona virus, it was worth the wait. *** suggested replacing our existing frames with a wider framing around the windows, which turned out to be a great idea. He built and painted them onsite, and once installed, they looked so elegant. Although we have only been enjoying our newly installed windows, and back door for a week now, there is already a noticeable difference in the A/C run time. As well, these windows have cut down on outside noises significantly. We share a private lake with several geese that often squawk at night, and into the early mornings. Our sleep is no longer disturbed. These windows are exceptional in quality and value. They are also unparalleled in security. There are six locking points around the windows, and five on the door.

We replaced our outdated double hung windows. MSW were quick to deliver the order, provided highest quality tilt & turn product on the market, and installed it with impeccable workmanship. We couldn't be happier. Not only our new full picture windows are pleasing to the eye, they also guarantee better noise isolation, improve energy efficiency, and add functionality. They are easy to open in any of the 3 ways:

1) Turn the handle 90 degrees to open wide, and stick your head or upper body outside without having to bend like you would with double hung windows because only the bottom half opens, if at all. Full opening allows you to wave to the neighbor without looking like a creep, add or remove the screen, as well as clean the glass without needing a ladder for access.

2) Turn the handle 45 degrees more for micro-ventilation. This releases the seal all around the sash to create a small gap allowing fresh air to come in (and leave the water out even if it's raining).

3) Turn the handle all the way up to tilt the window open. This provides a way for substantial air flow while ensuring that no one can enter or exit the home without permission (think pets, children, intruders).

We had been looking for European style windows for a while. We were introduced to My Smarter Window at the Cobb Galleria Home Show last year. What a great product it is! The noise level reduction is excellent. Don't feel any drafts at all even in windy conditions. When it comes to energy efficiency it's the best in the market. The tilting option is just awesome. The only reason for a 4 rating was the delay in the installation when promised.

I purchased new tilt and turn windows and 8' high bi-fold glass patio doors for a new 5500 square foot home from My Smarter Window.
