I experienced very strange odd behavior with customer service from MySpiceSage Items I purchased were shipped, and I received an odd email from Pat from SpiceSage stating they needed my shipping addressIn my reply I informed them I had received the items and asked did they still need my shipping address They said yes I then questioned why The reply I received was sarcastic, imbedded with passive aggression (they should have kept it professional):
I sincerely apologize for misreading the email and not realizing that you had received order # XXXXXXI apologize for trying to provide the best customer service possible to you And I truly apologize for being ready, willing and able to reship a replacement order to you There is nothing going on here except that I was overly concerned about a customer and committed a major error by misreading the email You will not be contacted again by me Have a great day!
