On 7/8/Ms*** ordered an optimized Google + page from My SupernovaAt no time during the recorded sales call did our salesman represent themselves as an employee of GoogleAfter the initial sales call Ms*** was transferred to a manager to have the details of her purchase confirmedOnce the sale and verification were completed she was emailed a receipt from My Supernova, from a "@mysupernova.com" email addressShe was also sent a "welcome aboard" email, again this was sent from a "@mysupernova.com" emailShe responded to both emails Later in the day she was contacted by a representative from My Supernova to complete the Google + verification process The next day she was contacted by an Account Executive at My Supernova to go over her listingShe also called in that day to our office where the phones are answered by the greeting "thank you for calling My Supernova how may I help you"The product she purchased was a optimized Google + pageMy Supernova built the listing in a timely manner and sent her a screen shot of the listing Currently the listing has first page placement on Google for the search terms*** *** *** ***

*** *** *** ***Ms*** paid a one time fee of $for this placement which she will benefit from for years to comeIt is our opinion that My Supernova did an excellent job promoting her business online and tried our very best to customer service her

I spoke to the client today (7/31/17) and we resolved the issue by offering him a free business listing for the desired location and a new account manager It seems as though there was a miscommunication between the client and the account manager about the marketing campaign We are
hopeful that the client will be pleased with our services going forward

We have reported them to the bank. We are not satisfied with what they have done, and how they handled our complaint. They pretended to be Google, thus misleading us customers. We will also report this to Google, that My Supernova makes false business allegations, using another businesses name.

February 11, 2016 To whom it may concern, This is a response to comp**int number: #[redacted]) Ms. [redacted] signed up for service with My Supernova on 4/1/2011 for our "VIP" package. The package is on a month to month (no contract) agreement. We provided them with a...

website and an [redacted] Campaign that they were paying $750.00 for every 3 months of service. We ran the campaign from 5/18/15 until 9/11/15 at which time $283.96 were spent and paid to Google by My Supernova. They are requesting a full refund when we had previously agreed on half since we did spend money with [redacted] and for our administrative costs. So we refunded half as shown in the image below. They are also requesting the content of the website which we were told they had and to delete the site altogether. Which we did. We are also working with the company they hired to handle their marketing to transfer the domain information so we feel we have done everything we can to satisfy the clients wishes. In closing I hope that this information is enough to prove that My Supernova provided a tangible service to [redacted] and company.[redacted]My SuperNova
