Customer placed an order during our warehouse move.  This caused a delay in all shipments.  We offered a 15% discount to make up for the delay.  The customer initially accepted but then requested a refund.  A refund was issued on 8/28.

it until this morning. As for calling us and getting that message? I am not sure. You may have called the wrong number. Our phone number is clearly on our website and is 1.[redacted]. We get dozens of calls from customers each day looking to order from us as we have been in business since 2002. We have reached out and spoken to our customer. He understand that it is an issue w/ the shipping company (UPS Mail...

Innovations). We are waiting hear back from them as to why many of the packages we shipped out 12/01 have not updated. Regardless of their response we are going to make the order right by reshipping it.
