My Tax Dog followed up with several phone calls to the IRS-Tax Professional Office to verify receipt of Return and Processing on 8/27/2016 and another follow up 10/28/2016,  I was advised by the Tax Professional’s office that the return had been received and was in processing.  My Tax Dog is willing to work with Client to resolve this issue.  They may call our office at ###-###-#### to discuss resolution. We successfully prepare over 150 returns each year and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  It is obvious that we have dropped the ball on your return, and offer our sincere apologies, and would like to successfully resolve this issue with you.
