The definition of a "suit" is that the pants and jacket match.  My Taxi should be less focused on saving money and do what's right for the client.  The burden of proof is not on me.  My Taxi was clearly negligent and yet could care less that their blatant negligence has has caused harm to a client.  I cannot buy a pair of "like" pants for $50 or $60 dollars anyways.
