Review: This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought in my Galaxy S3 because my screen wouldn't turn on but everything else did. So I brought it in and the guy took a look at it. He did all of his tests and whatnot and found that the LCD was just dead. Ok that's no problem order a replacement screen and swap them out I tell him. He puts the order in and says ok it'll be here Tuesday or Wednesday I'll call when it comes in. Thursday rolls around and I come back to the store. Guy says he got an email saying that the shipment will be there Friday or Saturday. Ok fine things get lost in the mail and a Thanksgiving wasn't too long ago and waiting a week for a shipment is no big deal. Sunday rolls around I go into the store again. I don't know where the shipment is and I don't have access to the tracking number I have to email my boss and I'll call when I find something out. After not reviving a call I return to the store the next day. They still have no answers. I return to the after work for the next handful of days until we hit the 2nd week mark of waiting and the guy says that he is upset about the wait too and there were other parts that he needed to help move business along and that he was going to email corporate about this and hopefully get everything settled. Ok fair enough I don't want to cause trouble and make your life harder because the higher ups are screwing up. So I wait a day or two go in and ask if they heard anything. Guy says he's still trying to get a hold of corporate and that he was going to call them. Whatever I go home. A couple days later I get a call saying that the parts should be in Thursday or Friday (This Friday now marking the 3rd week of waiting). It is now Saturday when I'm writing this and they don't know where the order is yet again and the best they could say is "Well what do you want to do about this?" and "We can only discount this up to 20% because that's as high as the computer will let us."Desired Settlement: It really depends on if I can't find some other store to do this job for me. If I do have to wait for this company to get it together I truly feel that just 20% discount is fair in any way shape or form and I should be reimbursed more than that for the major delay. If anything I just want to try and make sure that this company doesn't do this again to any other customers.
