I am rejecting this response because: If I paid $and only kept their AVG software for year I feel that a $refund is appropriate. The company threatened me with legal action and that I should therefore accept the $they were offering. And I agreed at that time. But they never sent the $and after many calls to the company - it was always the same answer: We are processing your refund and it will be in the mail within days. I still have not received any money and many calls later I have decided to contact you at Revdex.com. As for the phone calls they may or may not have tried calling me but with all the requests from various charities I no longer answer my phone if the number is not recognized. This matter may be quickly resolved if they would mail me a check in the amount of $300.00.

Customer called us again stating that the security is not working, so we mutually agreed that customer will be provided a refund for the $99.99 for the security that is not working up to customer's satisfaction. We processed the refund and a check was mailed to customer, but the customer didn't received the check and it was mailed back to us. Please find enclosed the email of conversation with the customer.

We're still willing to provide the refund of $99.99 as mutually agreed with the customer.
Please advise what furthur needs to be done to resolve the issue.
