hello!

Purchased a high end [redacted] pc from myteknology computer inc all parts were purchased from them but the video card. I got a [redacted] video card from best buy brand new. first off they did not like that I had my own new video card. but they excepted it and went ahead with custom building it .next when the new computer started malfunctioning they blamed all on the card.. As it turned out the technician Paul did not connect both cables and the card burnt out the PSU 850W strong enough....So I came home and the machine would not start power on I pressed the power button several times that looked broken.. Myteknology told me I broke the power button and it was all my fault. technician opened the case to turn the pc on and it would not..at which he said he never seen something like it before...later on he admitted////bad mistake from him//// that he did not connect both video cables and said he called [redacted] and was informed one cable is ok but better both..hahaha translation....[redacted]. next he told me these new pc parts and clients do not tell me enough new information...an other huge mistake//////
I read on the net tech pages that you must connect both video cables...its a must!
After 2 months, yesterday im playing video game at 2 am and suddenly all went dead. Now I have my pc at [redacted] running diagnostics I wonder what other parts are not installed connected properly. I had to take taxis both ways to a very far location where they are located..did they care/ nope its not our problem was the answer. Even today when I called the owner said the lonely technician is on vacation so I have to wait till he gets back..hahaha what about all the sleeplessx nights with headaches no compensation was offered.
Final verdict.... if youre buying a low end pc yes you might buy it end it will work hopefully..buying new technology high end pcs from them its a definite NO NO!
never ever again. They are still blaming me and asking what the [redacted] I did with the new pc and how come it was working and now it is not....huh?????
The technician is not up to date with new hardware....
