I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] *** PS: I also have a video I just took of [redacted] staff (with company shirts) and subcontractor/maintenance guy and the chat I just had with them on how everything was ran and how its being done now and the difference...I will be attaching that video file into the my google drive in order for the email to be sent...a web browser will stream the video without any need for a download...I hope! Please wait for the video to be emailed! Thank you!

I have attached a video of the hallways on the same day after complaining to the company on 10-10-at 2:am about the heat being off on a night it reached 45*, you can see my concern on the subject on my email reply as I acknowledge what issues are at hand here...if you take a few minutes of your time to review the video you can see clear evidence of dust collected on the walls trim, evidence of long time ?neglect in maintenance...I truly feel like I have been paying for services no longer rendered since the buildings change in ownership..I can also forward a voicemail left by management patronising and undermining me as a tenant while continuingly asking what services need rendered as if it was not clear enough to them

Unfortunately there has been numerous occasions were we spoke verbally and you have gone as far as sending employees to as damages caused by subcontractors hired by your company to fix the roof at Redwood apt but nothing further had been done by your company to repair damagesif the company did capitalized on the damages caused to the unit by the roofer then the damages should have been repaired by now...when I seen the same guy named Will that your company sent previously, I asked if the company had said anything about it and when the crack that runs along three of the units rooms was going to be fixed and he said he didnt even know, seen him today picking up a christmas tree and some kids bikes out of a unit he is most likely using as a personal storage in the rear of the building(nothing to do with maintenance at all)
In regards to the heat and the letter taped to the main entrance door early morning on 10-10-stating complaints had been made by a tenant and the heat was going to be turned on over the advice made by city inspector stating you weren't allowed to unless it dropped under 45* three days in a row consecutively as previously stated in the voicemail left by the leasing office at lore manor, and that individual units with opened windows would be subject to individual heating valve shutoffsis not only illegal due to the fact that if its under 50* it needs to be switched on regardless if one unit has its windows opened(taken in consideration its the only way to properly ventilate units with radiating heat) that same weekend there was frost advisory and temperatures dropped under 40*, 36* to be exact and the radiators pipes were cold as ice and still remain OFF....I seriously do not know if the reply to the previous email stating my steps takes was just a way to retaliate and a way to stall on the issue as someone who just don't know what is needed along with the patronising letter attached to the door in regards to the heat, complaints and cracked windows
In order to get the company to provide a service that was included in our rent previous to your companys purchase over Redwood apartments I had to submit a report to the B.B.Band the forwarded the email to your company to try and find some resolve to the lack of services needed rendered and your company has replied with short words

With this email I leave the subject alone as I see there is no simple way of telling you that, 1, your employee you hired to do the routine maintenance work around this establishment is not doing his job while still collecting a premium off our monthly rent and demanding in notes that we the tenants keep the place vacuumed and properly maintenanced, 2: or the company just wont provide the services that need rendered from the start while still demanding and time framing rent payments with late fees for payments made after the 4th even to tenants with lease payments made on the 15th of the month regardless of lack of paperwork transfers of leases by purchasing company! I feel like the same premium paid the Rent due llcisn't the same amount that your company has been collecting the past eight months on these units with the lack of services and the sudden change in high demands made to the tenants in letters taped to individual units, if it was not just my unit receiving such harassing letters
Regardless if you want to read between these lines and choose to ignore what really needs to be done for the tenants and decide to further stall on providing a real resolve to the issues previously addressed in person, over emails and voicemails concerning the heaters and boilers being off(today as off right now 10-23-at 11:pm almost midnight the temperature reads 46* and still will drop to a low of 43* and the heating pipes are all, my units and the hallways SOLID COLD, they are not on at all as you stated it was in your reply to the forwarded complaint submitted to Revdex.com by my selfunfortunately thats not the case and I have have taken further steps to ensure that the issue is made light of and properly taken care of

The heat automatically turns on when the ambient temperature reaches 50 degrees.
The hallways are cleaned regularly, but we need the help of residents to keep the the property looking great in between cleanings.

Residents can call emergency maintenance at (866) [redacted] if they have an issue or concern.

[redacted] has been in contact with management staff and the regional manager in regards to his issues at Redwood Apartments.
I appreciate his concerns and the staff has tried to commodate his requests.
