My Three Sons Construction

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have attached a document with my response to the business. To the Revdex.com: My initial complaint was for the repair of a door that is leaking beneath the sill, a crack in the ceiling and a discolored sink in the master bathroom that MrB*** has stated were his responsibility. MrB*** has decided to point out all the other deficiencies that his company has left me with to resolve after paying him $260,to build this houseI will outline all of them all here. On October 17, 2016, I noticed severe buckling in the hardwood floors in the houseI notified MrB*** immediatelyThis started a series of finger pointing to every sub-contractor. Let me point out that MrB*** advertises that he uses all his own crews with minimal subcontractorsThis is not true for this house everything was sub- contracted on this house, the foundation, the framing, the plumbing, the HVAC the roofing that does not leave much for his crewsThe finger pointing started with the window companyThe window company sent out their representatives decide it may be their windows had four windows made and shipped to their representativesDuring the installation of the first window it was determined it was not the windows that were leakingThis brought on finger pointing number two the roofing companyMrB*** decide that the drip edge and ice and water was installed incorrectlyThe roofing company’s insurance company brought in a Professional Engineer to inspect the roof and the rest of the houseThe Professional Engineer determined it was not the roof causing the issueHe did state that there was excessive moisture in the basement.This brings finger pointing number three the flooring contractor (*** *** ** *** ***)MrB*** started saying that the floor was installed incorrectlyI had the floor inspected and the rest of the house by an independent Professional EngineerThe floor was installed correctly and the issue was determined to be moisture wicking through the sub-floorThe moisture was determined to be caused by the water in the basement due to lack of proper drainageThis situation was also confirmed by a second flooring contractor.This outlines the series of events that have taken place that MrB*** has taken on himself to point out and was not part of my original complaintThe three items that were part of the original complaint along with the items that MrB*** has chosen to bring up have been going on since October till presentI have spent well over $16,with more to be spent to remedy MrB*** negligence, again my original complaint was for the three small items. MrB***’s company is the most unprofessional company that I have dealt withI did not receive any paper work on any of the subcontractors, or warranty information on any equipment in the houseI did request this information and he chose to ignore the requestWhile we were going through the finger pointingMrB*** would send his crew to my house without my knowledgeWhen they could not access the house, they would break into the house by finding any open window that may not have been lockedThis was self-admitted by his crewsThey also would be playing pool when they are supposed to be working.
