I bought my Chevy suburban and filled out January 25th and it was Friday after 6:00pm as I got off work and I had doubts about the car the next day Saturday morning about the purchase and the lady on the phone said that my car loan was already processed and my loan was a approved and it was my car now but I left the SUV there for them to fix all the issues that was wrong with it and told them I did not want the car unless they fixed everything that is wrong with itI talked to the mechanic guy and he said he's never even got to look at the car and they sold it to me without him even looking at it and I paid for a warrantyCome to find out my transmission is slipping and I have a oil pan leak and now there is something else wrong with the sway bar or something like that and the warranty does not cover it but my SUV still sounds shifty like when I bought it and asked them to let me know what was all wrong with it and they said nothing but I feel I got ripped off 22,

I almost walked off of this car lot on 9/with a car that I was aggressively paired with, a Crown VictoriaThis vehicle did not meet my needs that I had expressed when I had first arrived on the lot, and serves no purpose to me, and in fact would hinder my quality of life because I am a delivery driver and was pressured into buying a car that gets 16mpg (they also told me it got mpg)I have never assumed possession of the vehicle and the dealership has not provided me with the keysI had returned the next day to contest again for a refund with the owner lanceI showed up at about 11:and waited around until about 2:Lance was aware that I was there and spoke with me several times but never gave me a straight answerI would have even tried to buy a different vehicle from them but they were adimant on getting me off of their lot in the Crown VictoriaJeff, the salesman, then shows up, very irate and aggressive, demanding that I get off their lot and take my car with

They have overall great customer serviceWhen I went to trade in my car for an SUV it was quick and easyThey also told me that if I had any troubles what so ever that I could call and they would be there to help!

On May 14th, I dropped off my car Chevy Camaro with Lance H*** owner of My Town Motors entering into a Consignment and Sales AgreementApproximately not even three weeks later Lance sold my vehicle but never reported the sale and never paid off the auto loan as outlined and agreed upon in our signed Consignment and Sales AgreementTo this date I do not know the whereabouts of my vehicle and my auto loan is still open active accruing daily interest

Im sorry that [redacted] is having issues with the used vehicle she purchased from us almost a year ago. again I would like to offer some assistance with figuring out what her warranty would cover and wont it wont. other than that I really dont know what else I can do to further assist. at the time of the sale we sold it for almost three thousand dollars under the current market value at that time of both NADA and Kelly Blue Book. The vehicle may have not been inspected by the mechanic she spoke with but it was inspected as we have multiple mechanics in our service department. see the vehicle evaluation attached for pricing.

MR. [redacted] was not aggressively paired with any vehicle, he chose that vehicle after he had looked at mutliple vehicles. Mr. [redacted] said " I want to see what kind of deal you will work me on this car" in reference to the crow victoria he purchased. once he was inside Mr. [redacted] aggressively...

negotiated his car deal. he got the car for the price he wanted which was $2,000 less than what he was told we wanted for it. he asked about the mpg and we googled it and went over the mpg with him, he said it wasnt great but would work for him. half way thru signing the contract Mr. [redacted] again negotiated more and got what he asked for (2 tires)..Mr. [redacted] then provided a credit card along with ID signed the receipt etc....we went out front Mr. [redacted] took possession of his car and was happy with his purchase as he should be. the next day Mr. [redacted] comes in 10 minutes before the sales person Jeff did and Mr. [redacted] started with the lies, first he wanted us to take the car back because it didnt get good enough gas mileage, then he said it was because he was pressured into it and in front of 5 people he acknowledged he was treated great knew the mpg and was not pressured but the real reason was his father was unhappy that he did not consult with him before purchasing a vehicle.  Mr. [redacted] was told all sales are final and he threatened us with the attorney general and a lawyer. we kindly informed him that per the attorney generals website you can clearly see all sales are final in the state of washington. Mr. [redacted] then went out front took pictures of his car and said he was posting it on craigslist to sell it (yet another lie) as he went to pull out he was asked where are you going your car will be done with the tires in a couple minutes he said he would be back in a couple hours before he had to go to work. 10 minutes later Mr. [redacted]'s father called and voiced his displeasure with my town and how he was going to file a lawsuit against us and also had a rude attitude when he wasnt able to bully my town into doing what he said. he was also informed all sales are final. Mr. [redacted] then cancelled his credit card and said it was fraud, now the credit card company has a investigation open and we are providing them with a copy of the contract and the signed receipt. unfortunately some people don't respect rules regulations and laws. Mr. [redacted] seems to think that he can bully people and get his way. this is not acceptable and being a bully is frowned up on at my town motors.
