Please be advised that we contacted Mr. J[redacted] as outlined in your letter dated August 23, 2016. Mr. S[redacted] wanted to return merchandise which was bought for him as a gift in 2014. The period for returning merchandise is maximum 30 days. He did not have the paperwork either as it...
