I am rejecting this response because:Calling a customer unintelligent is a low blowIs the person writing the response too immature to handle this like an adult? If you want concrete proof and facts I'll list themDon't lieI asked for specific information, and the female worker couldn't answer a single oneThat's why the phone was passed to the rude Asian guyI was told about a satisfied customer from San FranciscoSeriously, there are tons of Asians and travel agencies catering to Asians in San FranciscoThey don't need to call a travel agency in Columbus, OH, (which has a tiny Asian population) more than half way across the country without no physical addressThat gives them few viable recourses to take action should something go wrong and they need to show up in person to resolve itI'm a native of Columbus, OH, but I've lived in SF (NYC, FL, Texas, northern VA all the major metropolitan areas in the U.Swith significant Asian population)I also work directly in statistics and frequently use population dataIn my youth and before it was easy to buy tickets online directly from airlines, I traveled frequently and purchased airplane tickets from many travel agencies ALL of the agencies I have seen have a physical addressWhat this company does have are a phone # from Columbus, OH, and a generic gmail contact I called and ask questions b/c when I was younger, I have come across precarious situations that if I didn't have contacts in that area or weren't witty, the situations would not have been resolvedI'll offer an example:a) I bought a ticket from a reputable travel agency in Hawaii where my cousin frequently buys from and has never had a problemAfter returning from Vietnam to Los Angeles, California, the airline tells me my destination ends there instead of going further to Columbus, OH, which is supposed to be my final destination(For everyone's information, what the airline says is final, regardless if the travel agency tells you it's your mistake and should have pressured the airline into giving you a non-existent ticket.) I ended up paying FULL price for a last minute hotel and a ticket home the next morningThe cost of hotel was $and one way flight ~$1500, totaling more than flying from Columbus to Vietnam round trip (~$1500) in the summer and giving me tons of headachesIf my cousin did not live in Hawaii and did not show up to that travel agency threatening to sue, I would not have gotten a refund for their mishap unless I purchase a roundtrip ticket to Hawaii to do the sameIn the case of the satisfied customer from San Francisco, (s)he would have to fly all the way to Columbus and that aint cheapMyTravelEmergency only accepts paypal - good luck getting paypal to refund youOriginally My Travel Emergency posted on its website a google map with a pin drop showing its physical location (without actually listing the address) at a place in the Soho neighborhood of NYCWhy is your main office in Soho, NYC (I remember the guy also said Paris), but the main number is from Columbus, OH? I tracked it down as the address of Squarespace and emailed them about this illegal and unregistered business operating under its auspiceSee the attached emailNow, the website for this travel agency no longer posts a map showing a physical locationThe problem still lies in the fact that they are still an unregistered business, not paying tax, and not posting an actual addressIf it were a legitimate company, it would not mind divulging those information especially the actual addressHow else would people who have issues and need it resolved in person do it? The rude Asian guy I spoke to said they operated out of the beauty academy, and that's why I listed that as this company's addressOtherwise, they STILL DO NOT have an addressThe only reason why I even bother to write the original complaint and this follis because no one deserves to be ripped off by scammersI gain nothing from doing this and am even using up my timeTrust me when I say this company is suspiciousWhat I said about the pricematching is very validAs I wrote, I am a native of Columbus and I used to fly to VietnamIn the summer the price ANYWHERE is outrageous for the simple reason that demand is highYou will never get prices from CMH-SGN in the $750-$range as their flyer (attached) statesAnd to not even price match, but BEAT??? Nobody is stupid enough to do thatI once asked for a quote from a travel agent in Eden Center, Falls Church, VA, where there is a huge Vietnamese communityI told her I found a slightly lower price (by $25) than the quote she gave meShe told me I should buy that instead of going to herThat's the reality of buying flight tickets from a travel agentThey have mouths to feed and nobody is stupid enough to beat a competitor's price Btw, out of curiosity, I did ask how much would My Travel Emergency beat competitor's price by, and the female worker I described could not answerWhen she passed the phone to the rude Asian guy, he never gave me an answer eitherHow's that for fact regarding your shady company? I don't know why it doesn't click to you that there are sooooo many holes in your ploy

This person has never done any business with our company to write a complaint about usShe does not understand how a travel agency works and decided to attack us By just reading her complaint and how she wrote it, you can tell that this person isn't really that brightShe asked us multiple
questions about our company, which all questions were answeredWe offered to give her references from our satisfied clients but she was not interested in itAfter we refused to work with her on saving her money on an airline ticket due to her harassing demeanor, she decided to go on this site to complain about this situationThis person needs to have better proof and concrete facts before assuming that we are not a legitimate company

I am rejecting this response because:1. Calling a customer unintelligent is a low blow. Is the person writing the response too immature to handle this like an adult? If you want concrete proof and facts I'll list them.2. Don't lie. I asked for specific information, and the female worker couldn't answer a single one. That's why the phone was passed to the rude Asian guy. I was told about a satisfied customer from San Francisco. Seriously, there are tons of Asians and travel agencies catering to Asians in San Francisco. They don't need to call a travel agency in Columbus, OH, (which has a tiny Asian population) more than half way across the country without no physical address. That gives them few viable recourses to take action should something go wrong and they need to show up in person to resolve it. I'm a native of Columbus, OH, but I've lived in SF (NYC, FL, Texas, northern VA ... all the major metropolitan areas in the U.S. with significant Asian population). I also work directly in statistics and frequently use population data. In my youth and before it was easy to buy tickets online directly from airlines, I traveled frequently and purchased airplane tickets from many travel agencies.  ALL of the agencies I have seen have a physical address. What this company does have are a phone # from Columbus, OH, and a generic gmail contact.  I called and ask questions b/c when I was younger, I have come across precarious situations that if I didn't have contacts in that area or weren't witty, the situations would not have been resolved. I'll offer an example:a) I bought a ticket from a reputable travel agency in Hawaii where my cousin frequently buys from and has never had a problem. After returning from Vietnam to Los Angeles, California, the airline tells me my destination ends there instead of going further to Columbus, OH, which is supposed to be my final destination. (For everyone's information, what the airline says is final, regardless if the travel agency tells you it's your mistake and should have pressured the airline into giving you a non-existent ticket.) I ended up paying FULL price for a last minute hotel and a ticket home the next morning. The cost of hotel was $300 and one way flight ~$1500, totaling more than flying from Columbus to Vietnam round trip (~$1500) in the summer and giving me tons of headaches. If my cousin did not live in Hawaii and did not show up to that travel agency threatening to sue, I would not have gotten a refund for their mishap ... unless I purchase a roundtrip ticket to Hawaii to do the same. In the case of the satisfied customer from San Francisco, (s)he would have to fly all the way to Columbus ... and that aint cheap. MyTravelEmergency only accepts paypal - good luck getting paypal to refund you.3. Originally My Travel Emergency posted on its website a google map with a pin drop showing its physical location (without actually listing the address) at a place in the Soho neighborhood of NYC. Why is your main office in Soho, NYC (I remember the guy also said Paris), but the main number is from Columbus, OH? I tracked it down as the address of Squarespace and emailed them about this illegal and unregistered business operating under its auspice. See the attached email. Now, the website for this travel agency no longer posts a map showing a physical location. The problem still lies in the fact that they are still an unregistered business, not paying tax, and not posting an actual address. If it were a legitimate company, it would not mind divulging those information ... especially the actual address. How else would people who have issues and need it resolved in person do it? The rude Asian guy I spoke to said they operated out of the beauty academy, and that's why I listed that as this company's address. Otherwise, they STILL DO NOT have an address. 5. The only reason why I even bother to write the original complaint and this follow-up is because no one deserves to be ripped off by scammers. I gain nothing from doing this and am even using up my time. Trust me when I say this company is suspicious.6. What I said about the pricematching is very valid. As I wrote, I am a native of Columbus and I used to fly to Vietnam. In the summer the price ANYWHERE is outrageous for the simple reason that demand is high. You will never get prices from CMH-SGN in the $750-$999 range as their flyer (attached) states. And to not even price match, but BEAT??? Nobody is stupid enough to do that. I once asked for a quote from a travel agent in Eden Center, Falls Church, VA, where there is a huge Vietnamese community. I told her I found a slightly lower price (by $25) than the quote she gave me. She told me I should buy that instead of going to her. That's the reality of buying flight tickets from a travel agent. They have mouths to feed and nobody is stupid enough to beat a competitor's price.
7. Btw, out of curiosity, I did ask how much would My Travel Emergency beat competitor's price by, and the female worker I described could not answer. When she passed the phone to the rude Asian guy, he never gave me an answer either. How's that for fact regarding your shady company? I don't know why it doesn't click to you that there are sooooo many holes in your ploy.
