My Trio Rings, LLC.

I made a purchase from my trio rings on 12/9/17 was told the rings would be shipped on 1/5/18 and delivered by 1/12/18 but the rings were not shipped on time and they have yet to be delivered. My trio rings has yet to respond. Order # 100034288. We want a full refund and would never use or recommend this company to anyone...

I've never been so completely disappointed with ordering anything on line.

I was not told in advance the delivery time would be a month. Because of this I was assured by the office my ring would arrive in time for my trip to Costa Rica where I intended on presenting this ring to my partner. They assured me it would be over night delivery from NY to DC. It has been sent ground delivery on a Friday evening at 6:15pm. We leave Monday morning at 7am.

Thanks Mytrio for your incompetence and ruining my plans. I NEVER would have pursued this purchase had I known.

Review: On July **, 2014 (9 days before our wedding), my husband and I placed an order for a trio wedding ring set on [redacted]. We placed the order last minute with this company because the rings we originally ordered from [redacted]'s were backordered. The My Trio Rings order was to include a 2 piece Bridal set in sizes 9.25 and a size 8.5 Men's wedding band for $499.99. We received the rings on July [redacted] and the Bridal set was too small and the Men's band was way too big. We contacted customer service via email and they insisted that they sent us the correct sizes. They offered to have us send the rings back and have them resized for a $75 fee. We refused that offer because our wedding was just 3 days from the date that the rings were delivered and there was no way they would have made it back to Chicago in time. Also because we felt as though we should not have had to pay for their error, whether it was a manufacturer or shipping error. Then [redacted] at mytriorings.com asked me to have the rings sized by a professional and send her proof of the incorrect sizing. We took the rings to have them professionally sized, but my husband did not want his ring cut because he does like his ring. So he settled for a ring guard. We could not have his ring sized because he refused to have it resized. When my Bridal set was sized the jeweler said the rings were only a size 9. I had the rings resized to 9.75 just to be on the safe side. The total for both rings was $90. I contacted [redacted] at mytriorings.com with the proof she requested and she did not respond for 2 days, at which point I called their customer service line. Another representative by the name of [redacted] spoke with her [redacted] and informed me that they were only willing to offer a $50 refund. $50 for nearly ruining our wedding date?Desired Settlement: We would like a refund to the credit card account used to place this order, in the amount of $100. We're seeking $90 for the resizing (bridal set), $10 for the ring guard (men's band) and $25 for emotional distress and the fact that the rings are a lot smaller than advertised.

Customer only contacted My Trio Rings three days prior to her wedding stating the rings did not fit correctly as it may be a 1/4 size off than what she needed. My Trio Rings offered to resize the rings but customer declined as shipping the rings from and back to Chicago would not arrive in time. Since the customer was in a rush, she resized the rings with a local unauthorized jeweler and requested My Trio Rings to reimburse for the resizing fee. Even though customer did not request My Trio Rings prior to spending with another jeweler, My Trio Rings has, as a courtesy, refunded the customer the amount she had to pay to have the rings locally resized.
