Review: Ordered a tanning machine, received and was not able to use. A small piece was defected which made the machine unusable. Made phone calls and left messages. Finally spoke to someone, twice, they were supposed to get back to me; never did. Made one more attempt to call, no answer. No call back from them was ever received. No replacement of piece was ever made. Months and months go by without using my brand new machine. I should of made a complaint earlier, but didn't think to. Just VERY disappointed in not only the customer service, but receiving something I waited so long to get and not able to use.Desired Settlement: maybe not of entire purchase. but something is due to me!

Dear [redacted],

In regards to the: customer complaint. We are a small distributor for the Maxi Mist Machines and spray tanning equipment. [redacted] had placed an order on 11/10/2012 and we had filled her order at that time, the machine she had purchased has a one year warranty and a phone number in which to contact the manufacture directly. I am not sure if that is whom she was calling or where she was calling I answer every phone call or email and answer back within a timely manner. We never received a phone call from [redacted] or email until she contacted us on September 4th 2012. via email. [redacted] had called [redacted] as soon as he got her email and explained to her we were on vacation and vve don't have employee’s answering the phone. The office voice mail stated lo please email us with questions or concerns that vve were on vacation. He asked her what was wrong and she "said never mind you didn’t want to answer your phone so I don't need your help". She had stated to him on the phone that she was going to make a complaint to Revdex.com because we didn’t answer her call at the time. [redacted] had emailed her and had called her. Again she stated in her email that she didn t need our help now.

After returning from vacation and checking our emails record there was never any communications from her before this date. If there were a problem when she got the machine she should have called or emailed us we would have corrected it at that time. I would have been more than happy to help her with the problem. We never had any complaints and never had any unsatisfied customers.

We took the time out of our vacation to try and help her and apologize we couldn't do that for her the day she had the problem.
