We had no idea that one of their boxes went across country, we cant watch the hundreds of boxes we ship each month.  We do provide tracking to the customers for them to watch their shipments. for them.  She refused and demanded compensation so we asked her to send us photos vi email which they did not want to send and then finally send 3 up close photo's that were hard to tell what the issue even was and customer again demanded compensation. We told [redacted] that we offer replacement parts not compensation and then she began to argue with us so we said we would offer compensation instead of parts at the value of that is would cost us.  We spoke with her husband on June 20th and I told him I would provide compensation or parts and he didn't even know what he wanted and said he would email us back with his choice.  To this day he never let us know.  It mostly seemed like they just wanted to complain to see what they could get and they when we gave them what they wanted they didn't know what to do.    So [redacted] just let us know what you decide.  Your chargeback will easily be declined and once that comes through we will no longer be able to provide either option. Alan

Replacement parts in route as buyer rejected compensation in lieu of parts. At this time we are not offering compensation to this buyer.

Compensation was offered and denied by the customer as they were not satisfied with the amount. We then offered replacement parts which was also denied by the customer. Additional photos were sent but only after we made multiple requests for them as the initial 3-4 photos did not represent what they were seeking compensation for. Our business actually has underwent some changes and we have not ever operated under 2 at once. There was a very short period (April-June) where a few things had intertwined but other than that in the last 5 years we have not done that. The customers husband called after many email and phone communications with [redacted] and yelled at Nicole. He wouldn't accept either compensation OR replacement parts. He said that he would get back to us later that even (after speaking again to us) and we hadn't heard from them until this Revdex.com email. There is no middle man and we believe our product to be superior to the competition. We are indeed a small family run business. And the price they paid for the coop was not $598 they paid $499 for the coop and $99 for the shipping. Of course there is some negativity out there as we, however all of our positive reviews are true as well. We sell thousands of coops a year and we do try to have good customer service but when you have a customer that cannot be pleased and refuses to compromise on any agreement it makes it very hard. Small family literally means we are also working full time and raising a family.  We have responded to the credit card company. As they refused compensation, refused parts and refused to ship the coop back it has left us with very little alternatives. We will allow it to settle out as it will through the card companies.
