Great until you mess up an order
I've been buying from MVS for years, and always place a $50+ order every month. I recently moved and forgot to change my shipping address to my new one. Since I placed the order after hours and immediately sent them an email at [email protected] (their only email), I figured it'd be fine. Except no one followed up with me, and my order still shipped out with the incorrect address. When I saw this I tried calling the phone number listed on their website, and was greeted by fax machine noises followed by the call promptly hanging itself up.

They apparently have zero customer support so triple check your order before submitting it. It's such a shame and I won't be buying from them anymore out of principle.

After seeing the grade of F, and the complaints I have decided I should do the right thing here and let folks know what this company is really all about My purchases are received super quick, maybe because I only live one state away but still, its quick! Everything is always there, and they have the cheapest prices by far....and on top of that I always find a coupon code too! maybe like 10% off, or bucks off order over 50$ something like thatIt's not a ton, but again, they're already the cheapest around Let me say this the right way...the cheapest around that is actually legit Vaping is coming under fire, sadly, so for those who have chosen to make it a part of their lives I suggest you stock up the best you can very soon I don't do all my vape shopping here but it's where I always check first for what I'm interested in TY MVS

I ordered a mod, it was delivered brokenSo I sent it back no problems, however they do not have a customer service number you can call you actually have it disputed in a timely mannerSo, of course the one I ordered is now out of stockInstead of giving me a refund, they offer in store credit, which is fine, but they're making me pay shipping for the 3rd time, for a different item, because the one I ordered is out of stockThey won't refund me my money, or give me free shipping for the huge inconvenience it's beenI placed my original order on the *** of August, it is now September *** and I still don't have my money OR a new modHorrible, horrible customer service

This is a great company, with great staffThey are attentive to any problems you may have throughout the order process and afterI have made several purchases from MVS and they are seriously a customer based businessOrdering vape supplies online is something I do quite often, and from many vendorsMVS strives to keep us happy with good products, fast shipping, and awesome customer serviceI am beyond happy with all they have done for me, and have only had a problem with one item (which they promptly fixed) and they were so pleasant throughout the processGive good businesses a chance, and be mindful that they are trying to provide services in an ever changing and fast paced industryI am very happy to have found My Vapor Store and will continue to be a loyal customer

I have purchased from this business many times and placed two orders in the past two days I was shocked at the F rating I have had no issues and the shipping is fast Very good prices I have even referred other people and they were very pleased also

I have ordered from myvaporstore about 6 times now and not one single time have I had a bad experience. Every day I order if it's before noon it is shipped out same day and always received the next day!

Review: I ordered a product from this company. There were various shipping options available to me. One of which stated [redacted] 2day shipping for an additional cost. The shipping was updated as shipped on ** September, and stated a delivery date of the [redacted] of September. After investigation, [redacted] stated this service is only 2 business day shipping, not a standard 2 day shipping. If this was made clear on the website from "My Vapor Store," I would have not selected that shipping method. I paid for a service that I did not receive, therefore they are not entitled to the money I paid for that service.Desired Settlement: Refund for the $15.12 I paid for shipping services not provided to me.

Review: Order an item was given a shipping number however as per the [redacted] the item never shipped, tried contacting twice and was sent a generic email response saying items are not always scanned by [redacted]. Asked for a refund and was never given a response and I still have not received my order that I paid for.Desired Settlement: I just want the money returned to my credit card

Review: I placed an order last week and received confirmation that the order was placed and being processed. I waited 5 days for an email informing me that my order had shipped. After not receiving this email I chose to contact customer service via email to find out why I had not received my shipping information. They then informed me that my order had been cancelled and "due to security reasons" they couldn't tell me why. I don't understand why they would cancel my order without my consent and then not inform me of the cancellation. I was charged for the item and there was no attempt to return my money until after I had stated that it hadn't been returned. Their customer service representatives are evasive and not helpful in any way. The thing that frustrates me the most is that they have no customer service hotline. Every time I have to email them and wait for a response that is neither helpful nor informative I become more frustrated. I just wanted to speak to someone who can help me understand why this is happening because I don't want to go through this again if I decide to place another order. They apparently do not own phones at My Vapor Store because they refused to have any sort of conversation with anyone outside of email.Desired Settlement: I still want the item that I had originally ordered, and since I can't seem to purchase it from anyone but them, I have to do business with them. I would like to see them take some sort of action to resolve this issue and make it right. Since the item would've been here by now, I would like to see them expedite the delivery when I reorder the item. I really don't want to go through this again when I re-submit my order.

Review: On or around 4/**/15 - 4/**/15, this company sold products to my 16-year-old son, [redacted]. He hid these purchases from us by having them shipped to his friend's home. His friend is also a minor. The website asks the buyer to confirm their age, but that's about it. it is my expectation that the IMMEDIATELY refund 100% of BOTH of these sales to us, as you have violated the law by selling to minors. I expect a return label emailed to me at [redacted] for Order Number Order#: [redacted], but I want the refund processed immediately. The items are packaged for return, but I simply don't trust these people so I demand immediate refund.

Additionally, regarding Order Number Order#: [redacted], which was charged to a [redacted] gift card...this order was placed by my son for a friend as I mentioned above. He is also a minor and I have contacted his parents regarding this issue. I would like a return label issued for that order as well, since it is on my son's account. The gift-card in question has been destroyed, because they didn't want any evidence, so they need to figure out a way to issue that refund either by check or back to my son's debit card on the first order.Desired Settlement: For both orders above, I want FULL REFUNDS...immediately. The first, refunded to my son's debit card, and the second...refunded to me by check or to my son's debit card as well.

I do not trust this business to refund my son's money AFTER receipt of returned merchandise, because they have already proven to be dishonest in their sales practices and business processes. I want refunds issued immediately, and THEN I'll return the items.

I want RMA labels sent to me immediately.

Once this is resolved, I want my son's records removed from their systems permanently, and I want proof.
