On September 25, I received two promotional e cards for returning my phones I bought new *** The manager initially told me that I could use the balance on my bill This was incorrect I was also told by the manager of the store that I could get a gift card This was incorrect I went to the store multiple times Here is my issue: I contacted my wireless on 03/22/I contacted my wireless and spoke with Kaylee ( ***)she informed me that she would contact the district manager of the store on 03/23/I recived a text message from Monica *** ( ***) who stated she would get in touch with the district manager On 03/28/I texted her and she did not respond I called her back and she stated " the district manager has not contacted you?" I stated no It is 03/31/and I have not heard from anyone in regards to my claim
