Review: Purchased two phones which I got to know were out of stock after I called them to follow up on my order since I never received any email about my order several days later. I asked for a refund and every time I have called, I am only able to talk to [redacted]), who is rude, disrespectful ... and got the nerve to tell me one time that I'm crying over my $163 like a baby. I have always been told to send email Briana nd every time I will send an email to [redacted] and also copy [redacted]. It has been over three weeks and I am not getting my money. After I wrote a review about the company, I received an email from [redacted] to remove my review for my refund to be processed.Desired Settlement: I want my refund immediately.

Review: I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active from MyWorldPhone.com at $599.99 on Nov.*, 2013 because they claimed all their phones work worldwide. Starting in April 2014, the phone has no sound for either incoming or outgoing calls. I took it to Samsung China, and they couldn't help me because it was purchased in the U.S. I had to wait until I came back to the U.S. and contacted MyWorldPhone on June **. I was instructed to write to [redacted], whom I had emailed before re. the order. I got no response. I called on June ** and talked to [redacted]. He said after 30 days of purchase, I had to contact Samsung for any warranty issue. I called Samsung, and they said the IMEI number doesn't exist. I called [redacted] and questioned him if this product is genuine and about country of origin. He insisted I had to email [redacted]. I said I emailed [redacted] but got no response. I asked for an extension number. He said [redacted] is not at his desk, and insisted on emailing [redacted]. I emailed [redacted], and of course no response. A person named [redacted] wrote me and stated, "The phone comes from Korea, and we give 30 day warranty on all sales. After 30 days you will need to contact samsung for all warranty. If you bought extended warranty please contact them and they will warranty support the phone for you." I contacted Samsung on July *, and again the technician thought it's a hardware failure. However, since the country of origin for this phone is S. Korea, they couldn't provide any technical support. I was advised to contact Samsung Korea but they couldn't provide any phone number. They asked me to look it up online, but the site is in Korean. I speak no word of Korean. Now I am stuck with this defective phone after bought it brand new over half a year ago.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. If not in full, prorated partial refund is fine too, so I can use the money to purchase another genuine mobile device. I couldn't believe I spent $600 on a piece of junk.

Review: Ordered $20 part for a mobile phone. Part did not work. Initial response to email was answered and I was told a replacement would be sent. No replacement was received. Emailed again and was told they were 'researching it.' Emailed a week later asking for a refund and was told another part was already sent out. It's now over a week later and still haven't received the part. Emailed again asking for a tracking number for the new part but no response to email. Called the phone number today and "[redacted]" was already gone for the day. Just want my money back...

Review: In October 2013, I ordered a Samsung phone from them.

Phone arrived and wifi would not function.

I returned it thru their RMA process and have yet to receive the

twice promised refund ($340)... FOUR MONTHS LATER!Desired Settlement: IMMEDIATE credit of $340 to my credit card account used to purchase the phone

Review: On July **, 2013 I paid in full amount $652.13 for 4 units of NOKIA 6700 Classic unlocked phones. The transaction was completed through sellers CITI Bank. Of the 4 units only 2 units had batteried (BL-6Q) and remaining two were not included in the shipment. My order # is [redacted] I talked with [redacted] on phone and by email. Though [redacted] has been very cooperative, he is not able to assist me, because his shipping department is not acknowledging the absence of two batteries. I have written email to [redacted] (CEO), complaints Dept, and sales, but there is no response. I stongly feel that they have no intention of sending me the two missing batteries.Desired Settlement: I need www.Myworldphone.com to honor their business liability and send to me the two NOKIa BL-6Q batteries ASAP.
