I am a Real Estate Agent and on 02/25/2015 I received the email below (EMAIL #1) from MYAGENTFINDER. Over the phone, Chris Kenny, added that I would receive 8-12 leads per year, I could expect to close on 3-5 listings and they guaranteed I would convert at least 1 active listing from their service in the first year or they would refund me 100% of my $295 which was a discounted membership fee from the $495 offer to sign up right there and then and so I did! A Referral Agreement was signed electronically (see attachment) that same day and to confirm it they sent me the email below (EMAIL #2). ALMOST SEVEN MONTHS later, I have yet to hear from anyone or receive any referrals/leads. I called them twice to to complain, spoke to different people but they gave me the same answer saying I had to be patient. I tried getting my money back but they said I had to wait 1 year! It's obvious to me now that I will not get not even 1 lead much less convert 1 active listing!

So, what to expect next?
When you receive a referral, please read the following to ensure you follow proper procedure. We enjoy working with cooperative agents, and take this into consideration when selecting our agents.
Step 1. Accept the Lead
Please note, if the referral is not accepted within 12 hours we will reassign the referral to a different agent, and the client's information will no longer be available to you.
Step 2. LOGIN to your profile here
Step 3. CALL the Homeowner or Buyer
Click on the Lead Manger tab > Click the name apparent in blue and the information of the homeowner will appear in a pop-out box. Call the client immediately!
Step 4. Update the LEAD STATUS
Set a reminder and update your lead status every 2 weeks. In the Lead Manager tab you will see a Lead Status section, in this section you will be required to change the status of the lead every 14 days. Please provide a brief note and click 'update' after entering the note and selecting a status from the drop-down menu provided.
Step 5. Close the deal! Don't forget, update your status to SOLD!
About our referrals...our referrals are exclusive, pre-screened and direct from homeowners! We follow up with the homeowner throughout the entire process to ensure they have been in contact with our agent.
Please note, Featured Members are first in line for these listings, but when they are unavailable, we do turn to our Basic Members.
