Very Happy, I received my items back within daysI had them do two belts and airbag module reset for my Impala
Items arrived with FedEx, very well packagedTook me about minutes to get everything installed back in the vehicleI'm satisfied with the fast turn around and great service that they offer!

I had my cluster serviced recentlyAt first, it was just a few gauges that were acting up then it seemed like all of them started going haywireI called and they very thoroughly explained to me that the gauges in my cluster were known to go badI got it back and it was working like brand newI'm very satisfied with the customer service and quality service workWith a hr turnaround, I had my cluster within the week!

I just wanted to send a special Thanks to Amy in technical support. I called because my instrument control cluster was repaired by MAS and I installed it myself after it was sent back. I have a Volvo and after install, I got an air bag message. I called the local Volvo dealership and was told I would need new software installed and a scan done. Before I took the car in, I called technical support to understand exactly what I needed to completely fix the car. I was told by Amy that I wouldn't need the software, just the scan. When I took the car into the dealership they were insisting that I needed the software. I called Amy back, and she spoke directly with them to explain to them what they needed to do. Without her going above and beyond great customer service I would have been charged an additional $100.00 for a product that was not needed. So THANKS AMY!!!!

First off, let me start by saying at heart I'm a total skeptic because there seems to be an abundance of scammers out there, esp when it comes to females and car problems. My 2009 Honda CRV airbag light was on and after getting the codes diagnosed, I was given quotes from various dealerships and repair shops from $960-$1500 to get it fixed, i.e., for me to lay out $$$ for a new SRS unit. As they said, that was my only option. Ya, I don't think so. Since that wasn't about to happen anytime soon from my wallet and I needed the light fixed so I could get the car a new inspection sticker ASAP, I turned to doing much research online and educating myself. I found that it was maybe not necessary to buy a new unit after all (if you could find a reputable service provider). I decided to check out companies offering the service to clear codes and reset SRS units. Many hours invested into thorough research later including my go-to source, the Revdex.com, MyAirbags came out as a shining star,... supposedly (I was a skeptic). Feeling like my back was against the wall and definitely running out of time, I bit the bullet. My boyfriend is incredible and mechanically inclined (and incredibly mechanically inclined) and removed the unit. After ordering the Airbag Module Reset ($49 + $8 shipping) on a 10.30.16, I shipped the unit the next day in a small [redacted] flat rate box for $6.80 which also provided me with a tracking # in case I needed that. I received an email from MyAirbags on Wednesday indicating they received my package and another email later that same day informing me the unit had been shipped back to me - already! The email didn't mention though, if anything was done but I was definitely hoping they did what I paid for. I received the unit Friday, 11.4.16 via [redacted] priority mail. Saturday my incredible bf installed the unit and let me know when he was ready to start the car up. I was anxiously holding my breath because the last thing I wanted to see was that light staying on after the initial dashboard light up. Well, let's just say my bf's ears took the brunt of my joyous relief and enthusiasm after seeing the SRS light not staying on! MyAirbags saved me a minimum of $900! I thank MyAirbags for coming through and so does my incredible boyfriend! Btw, I did submit this same review on [redacted] because I want everyone to know MyAirbags definitely worked in my situation and I'm so thankful for their honest, upfront service.

Sent Chevy Malibu 2014 airbag module
and two seat belts. For this vehicle
they are equipped with Dual Stage belts.
Sent all three parts to them for reset, repair.
They received and received email when they received
the item and when it shipped the following day.
Few days later, received the parts and all works great

Impressed! Easy to deal with. MyAirbags reset 4 airbag modules and 3 seat belt pretensioners. All are working as new Great communication, excellent team!

I had sent a air bag module to another company for repair after waiting a month they returned it telling me it had a cracked circuit board and was not repairable. I was skeptical and decided I would take a chance and send to MyAirbags. Long story short a week later I received it back and installed it working as it should saving me over $400 . I just had my cluster serviced by your company, Full cluster rebuild, and I would like to say THANK YOU for a job well done. Not only is the cluster working properly with all the gauges and lights but the price was fantastic. The turn around time was great...The working man finally got a break.... Before I came across your site, I took my 2003 Silverado to the dealer, he wanted $1300.00 to repair it, I am retired and live on a budget and can't afford that. Your price was absolutely fantastic and I probably got more bag for my buck then the dealer would have done. I can't thank you enough for your service you provide at the cost.... You provide a very vital service, so from every working man in America, THANK YOU..... This day and age, when someone does something right, they never hear anything about it, but if they do something wrong they never hear the end of it. So once again thank you for a job well done....

I sent my instrument cluster to them on a Thursday, they signed for the package at 9:35 AM on Friday and my repaired unit was delivered to my home at 10:30 AM on Saturday - does it get any better than that? A local dealer quoted me $700.00 to replace the cluster but for $79.00 plus a little freight I am up and running again. Thank you!!
