I was contacted by Truefeat via Instagram asking if I would be interested in purchasing some of their clothing. I agreed an proceeded with a purchase of 2 items on January 25th, 2020. I was immediately charged for those items. By February 4th I still had not received those items. I reached ot to the company via instagram and they return my message. It is now February 14th I still have not received my order nor have I heard anything from the company. Reading other complaints about this company, I know I am not alone. I did email them today as there is no way to contact them by phone. I will be filing a dispute with my bank to receive my money back. And I will also post a review online, on Instagram and Facebook about this company.

I placed an order for 2 items as a gift for my daughter for Christmas in Nov 2019. I have still not received these items. The *** tracking information I received shows this pkg to still be at TrueFeat’s facility in Bellvue WA. I reached out to the company at least half a dozen times to let them know I had still not received my order via email. I could locate no company phone number so I got on their website to see if I could reach someone through customer service. Initially, I got a quick response wanting to know of they could help me place an order or locate the item I wanted to order. I responded back via the chat window of my dillema. At that point, I never got another response. I immediately clicked into their system online and entered a harsh review. Several hours later, I received an email stating that their records showed the item was delivered to me. I have not received the items to date.

We are so sorry about this issue. We will completely refund your order, which should show up in the next 24 hours. We had some back-order issues in December which caused delayed shipping and we have overhauled our email customer service for the future. Again, we are so sorry about this.

I placed an online order #*** and received a reply by text from Truefeat on December 1st 2019. I have not received my product. I have tried to contact them by email and have not received a reply. There is no answer at t h e phone number provided on their site. The company charged my account.

The customer service for True Feat SUCKS! Right people? I see down below that I AM NOT ALONE. I waited 9 days for an email for shipment of my items and until I CONTACTED THEM, is when I found out that the order was on backorder. They stated they don't notify for issues, only confirmation and only when shipped. I tried calling the number, I tried emailing twice, I tried sending a text and I tried online chat. Once I threatened to notifiy *** to dispute, they finally started answering me, very limited, but I did get their attention. I told them don't bother to ship, since it had not shipped yet. They said "that's against our policy". WHAT POLICY? They called it "preshipment". COUGH COUGH CHOKE CHOKE. They told me they're shipping anyway, I told them it will be refused. They told me in a very patronizing tone to have a great day, to have a perfect day, SMH. I told them I was posting my experience on any site I could find. I posted on Yelp so shoppers can beware. Now here I am on the Revdex.com, posting for others as well. I was forced to go to *** for help because I tried first with the merchant, as you are advised to do. I have lots of time to give my opinion. They clearly do not understand the importance of treating their customers well.

Unfortunately, many of our products were back-ordered and you should have been notified via email. If not, we are so sorry. Your order has been completely refunded. We will ensure an issue like this does not happen again.

I ordered leggings and socks online and I never received my order. I emailed customer service several times and they would take weeks to respond. They would keep telling me that it was back ordered and should be delievered soon. I never received my items and its been 4 months.

I ordered a pair of leggings and a jacket from the Truefeat brand online retailer on October 30th. I was given a tracking code for the *** in an email after I made the purchase. They have already collected the funds from the card that was used when making the purchase. As of date, the products have still not made it to the ***. I emailed a week ago on November 9th to see when I could expect my order to at least ship. Without knowing exactly what I had ordered I recieved an email back saying the leggings were on back order and would ship within a couple days. It is now November 16th and the *** still is awaiting the order to be sent to them. I have emailed Truefeat about just canceling the order and getting my money back twice in an email and once through their instagram page. No responses to any. My order was $63 and some change.

I purchased an item from TrueFeat.com and have been trying to return it for about 2 weeks. There’s no info on how to make a return. The only thing the website offers is “[email protected]” - which I have done about 4 times. I have not gotten a response. All I want is an address to ship back the item and get a return, but I’m not getting any response.

My issue has been resolved. Who do I need to contact to let them know?

HORRIBLE customer service and quality of product. The leggins were thin and poor quality. The bra I ordered was terribly fitted. I sent back (I had to pay for shipping) to geta refund. Per their policy, refund available if within 30 days. My item was sent back in that time. I received confrimation the package was received. I had to contact the customer service to ask for my refund. They said they will look for other size? What? I do not want this ill fitting/poor quality product! I want my refund as their website states I am allowed.

On 6/29 I received a pair of leggings from Truefeat that was not the item purchased. I purchased a pair of FLORAL black leggings. What was received was a standard pair of black leggings. I immediately email them at the address listed on the email received where I should contact them. They did not respond. I emailed the next day again with an "URGENT" message hoping they would just do an exchange to the correct leggings. No response. I telephoned them the next day and hear a recorded message and was told to "hold". I held for over 20 minutes with a recorded message saying they would be available "soon". I tried for several days after and the same "hold" and "soon" messages.

I am still in possession of the original shipment of PLAIN Black legging, but I am unable to get a hold of anyone at the company to rectify the issue. To top it all off, their "return" policy is that if the merchandise was purchased "on sale" (which mine was) they would not return or exchange. As well, there is no return address on any of the paperwork received or their website. I feel as though I was scammed by them receiving incorrect merchandise -- and the size was incorrect as well! I ordered a medium and received a small.

I am rejecting this response because: This "business" is conducting fraudulent business practices and is blatantly lying. I called a number was able to locate, which an automated phone answered TrueFeat and was placed on indefinite hold -- finally hanging up as no one answered. I am shocked at the "owners" response to the Revdex.com first "blaming you" for incorrect spelling of his name -- this appears to be just another diversion tactic. I have also continue to research this "business" and have found multiple people complaining about their "shoddy" business practices -- including several listed on the Revdex.com website.

It's quite obvious there is something seriously wrong with this company and their practices. I have no additional information than the information provided in my initial filing to the Revdex.com. I guess it's the customer's work against an unprofessional, shoddy "business owner".

Unfortunately, I am out the money. However, I have no problem with continuing to write "reviews" about Truefeat and their unprofessional, lying business practices.

Thank you in advance for your consideration. I await to hear from the Revdex.com for their final response.

I paid for my items, and it never received them. I have reached out to the business multiple times and the issue has still not been resolved. I understand it is a small company, but if you take payment, you need to deliver the items. If you are unable to deliver, a simple refund would have solve the issue. I have now filed the charges as fraud with my credit card company.

Back in April, I saw an ad from a company called TrueFeat on *** and placed an order. By accident, I ordered the wrong size. The package I received, didn't have any paperwork in it, so I contacted the company via email to ask about how to exchange them. Following the directions, I sent them back with a hand written note saying that I wanted to exchange them for the correct size, and I enclosed my order number and all of my contact information. It's now mid July and I have yet to receive a new pair. I've sent countless emails, posted on their *** page, and and sent *** private messages and have had zero response. This company has the worst customer service EVER. They seem to respond to questions on their *** posts, but will not respond to people who have already paid the money. All I want it to either get my $ back..... or get a pair in the right size. Sigh. Awful company with awful customer service.

I ordered leggings over a month ago. I got an email that it was about to be shipped and then never received them. I’ve tried emailing and messaging the company and have not heard back from them.

I purchased clothing from this company on or around February 12, 2019. First the 3-5 business day delivery was actually closer to 15-18 days. When the product was finally received I notified them that some of the products they sent had holes and were not completely in tact and pockets were falling off. I sent them multiple photos in hope of just exchanging them. I received no answer, then I started received smart comments via ***, then they would delete them real quick. After that exchange, they then just failed to respond and I emailed them to see if that would work and have yet to receive a reply. I commented on their *** page about what happened, and another customer replied to mine voicing the same problem.

As company they were quick to give you a discount and want you to buy their product but once you make that selection and buy something from them, they will then refuse to work with you on fixing the issue. Even though they say if you are not 100% satisfied they will give you a FULL refund.. That is on their website, but thus far they won't even reply to me. This is the next step in resolving my issue.

My order number was #*** and totaled $178.33

I had ordered a sports bra February 9th and I just now received it. This is after I repeatedly contacted "customer service" to figure out what was going on (I had tracking on the package, and it never left the facility until march 1st), to which they gave me a slew of BS. The first excuse was weather, which I understood, but when it still hadn't shipped out by the 15th, I emailed them again, and they told me it was to be shipped that day. I checked again on the 17th to see if it had shipped, and you guessed it, it didnt. On the 18th, I emailed customer service asking them to cancel my order, and boom, radio silence. When I didn't hear anything back, and still saw that my order was chilling in their facility, I called my bank to dispute the charge. This was on the 21st.

Today, to my surprise, I get an email notification that the sports bra I ordered was to be delivered TODAY. Of course, i'm like wtf, I cancelled this, and I email customer service. They shoot back that they had misplaced the order (which they failed to tell me till TODAY), and since they had already boxed it up, they decided to ship it (march 1st) AFTER I had asked them on the 18th to cancel the order. That was their excuse. They had also mentioned that since the item was delivered, they are going to deny the dispute with my credit card. Seriously?! The only reason they even shipped me my stuff is because of that dispute, and they didn't want to refund me.
