Myan Management is in receipt of the below referenced customers complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond In effort to resolve the customer complaint, contact was made on 05/05/The customer spoke with the regional manager and discussed the dispute of move out charges that the
property manager had charged at the time of move outDuring the discussion, the regional manager agreed to reduce the chargesThe charges agreed to by the customer and regional manager for housekeeping, rent and damages totaled $The customer agreed that the charges were reasonable and fair and thanked the regional manager for resolving the issueThe customer is in receipt of the refund check totaling $The regional manager also explained to the customer that it is never our policy to deny contact information to our corporate office and apologized for the customers experiencePlease let us know if there is anything additional we can do to resolve this issue, as customer satisfaction is always our top priority

Our records indicate that we deposited $from this household ($for an application fee and $for an admin fee)We do not show that we deposited any additional fundsHer lease file would have been transferred over to the new owner when the property sold on 8/30/We will be happy to
refund the $to her although the application fee portion would have been non-refundableIf she feels as though she submitted a deposit that would have been held until her application was approved, she will need to contact the new owner of the property I will gladly initiate the $refund today Thank you, *** *** *** Regional Vice President Myan Management Group ###-###-#### ***

I spoke with *** and told her that we did not have her correct forwarding addressWe reissued the checks for her and her mother’s deposit refund on July 6, I’ll follow up with her and will check to see if the payments have cleared the bank

The Serendipity team has spoken with Mr*** and has provided his Final Account Statement (FAS) to him per his requestAttached is the original FAS as well as the adjusted FAS that was edited to reflect his recent paymentThe FAS clearly shows that he is being charged for final utilities that
are billed in arrears not a bill from a year ago Please let me know if you have any questions

Our management office has spoken to the resident and has explained the late fee and rent due date policies to her again, although she has been late in the pastIn the future, she is aware that rent is due on the 1st and late fees will be incurred after the 3rd per her lease agreementShe has been
provided online payment information so that she can pay hours a day, whether the office is open or notThe resident is still responsible for the initial fees, but the late fee charges from the 4th and 5th have been reversedThis matter has been resolved. Please contact us with questions.Thank you

With regards to the complaint filed by *** *** representative of *** *** *** leased an apartment at *** *** Apartments located in Corpus Christi, Texas Benchmark gave a written day notice to vacate unit on September 15,
2015. After receiving the notice the Manager faxed Ms*** a statement letting her know that the notice would extend to October 15, Benchmark moved out on September 30, and only paid rent to that date. At move out the property charged the additional days to fulfill the day written notice that is requiredThis was the amount Ms*** was dis-puttingThe Manager called Ms*** on October 22, 2015 and explained that they are responsible for rent for the entire day notice even if they elected to move out early*** sent her a copy of the lease contract outlining were in the contract states a day written notice is required as well as a copy of the move out statementMs*** after receiving the information has informed the property that they have mailed a check for the balance to the property

This resident has submitted service requests to the office and all of her issues have been corrected. In addition, she contacted the City of Dallas Code Compliance office regarding her apartment and they have signed off on all of her concerns as having been resolved to their satisfaction.  ...

Prior to having called Code Compliance, Ms. [redacted] visited the office and met with Myan Management Regional Manager, [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] yelled at [redacted] and was extremely disruptive and disrespectful. [redacted] asked her to calm down so they could address her concerns but she refused and was asked to leave until she could conduct herself in a more appropriate manor.   We believe that all of her problems were resolved quickly, adequately and professionally.
