The customer purchased the machine and an extended warranty through a third-party partner The customer contacted MyBinding stating the machine was not functioning properly so a service call was set up with the authorized service provider That provider said the machine was working per manufacturer's specifications however it needed to be cleaned to remove toner buildup on the rollers The customer said the machine was still not working correctly after the technician left and called a different provider to look at the machine who repaired and cleaned the system After a period of time, the machine apparently stopped working again and the authorized third-party provider was sent back out to look at the machine The provider again said the machine was working permanufacturer's specifications and said that the machine needed to be cleaned, noting that the manufacturer (Martin Y***) states that the rollers on the machine have to stay clean or the machine will jam At this point the customer contacted us and asked the we contact the service provider The service provider stated that they would send a technician back to the end user however if they machine needed only to be cleaned that the customer would need to pay for the service call as cleanings are not covered under the extended maintenance agreementThe third-party provider also stated that since the customer had used their own technician to service the machine the warranty was now void The customer was not satisfied with the level of service provided by the third-party provider as they felt the machine needed more than cleaning at which point the third-party provider credited back to the customer the cost of the extended maintenance agreement and cancelled the agreement At this point MyBinding asked the customer to send back the machine so we could inspect the machine at our facility and determine if it was in fact defective or simply a cleaning issue, and then repair or service the machine and return to the customer The customer was not happy with this solution and asked for a refund that is beyond the return policy After reviewing the complaint, MyBinding will pick up the machine and provide a refund to the customer

My name is Aaron H***, responding on behalf of Mike W***. The customer placed his order through our Ebay page and we received payment on February 17thThe order was delivered on March 1st, which is within our delivery time frame listed on Ebay. Between those dates,
the customer contacted MyBinding through Ebay to voice his displeasure with the delivery timeWe worked diligently for the customer to respond to his inquiries in a timely manner.We asked the customer what he would like us to do (to make it right by him), and he did not give us specific instructions.To close the matter, we have issued a refund back to the customers account (Paypal) for the amount requested.Thank you,Aaron
