I hired All Mass Contracting to re-side the vinyl siding on my house and to build a car garage I've never undertaken a home project of such magnitude, and Norm and Arthur could not have been better They walked me through every step, giving me confidence throughout Their work is meticulous and the inspectors always passed them with flying colors I cannot believe how gorgeous my home is now! All future home projects will go to them!

stopped replying to my communication effortsThis was after months of effort in trying to get a replacement for my defective product that I returned within days of receiving I eventually disputed the charge through my bank and they have reimbursed me and will pursue a refund through the company.

Review: On 5/** I ordered two blue tooth headsets, 1 jawbone icon thinker and 1 black jawbone aliph 2, this is the original order # [redacted]

I tried both of them and found both to be defective, I immediately contacted the company through email where they told me to return the items and they will replace them.

I returned the two headsets on 6/** - this is the tracking number - [redacted] The icon thinker I returned because it did not power up.

The black Aliph 2 had a muffled sound when you use it.

So I returned Both and needed Both replaced. I was hoping they could properly test Both before sending me replacements.

Each time I reached out it was like starting over again and again. They must have emailed me 7 times please send the tracking number. I sent it over and over again, all 7 times. I am tired of emailing them just for them to keep asking for my shipping address or for the tracking number. I returned the items within days of receiving it. It has been over a month and they still have not resolved this for me. They received my returned package on 6/**/2014.

Each email has come to and from [redacted]. They don't have a working business number, it doesn't allow you to call you can only communicate through email.Desired Settlement: I would not mind a replacement IF I could be reassured both headsets work properly. If not I prefer they just return my money because this is not worth it. I can't drive and hold my phone so I need a working earpiece. They are annoying to deal with and I prefer to find a resolution.
