While the product MyCabinetry.com puts out I cause anyone that the service your receive will be non existent and none at all. They dont answer their emails or return phone calls. I have been dealing with the owner of this company, [redacted]for 6 months and still have not got all the product that I have paid for.

I would not recommend this company

Ordered and paid(pay pal) two special vanities for shippment to the Cayman islands in August 2015. Phone calls,emails all go unresponded to except one reply in September. Claiming the granite to was cracked and needed reorder. No responses or delivery since then. Ready to ask for money back and buy somewhere else

Review: We ordered on line a vanity and two mirrors from this vendor on 08/05/2015. It was delivered to our home in MN 09/11/2015. Before the item was unloaded, thanks to the driver observation, we became aware that what it was delivered was NOT what we ordered. Our order was for a 48 inches Virtu vanity (model: Tiffany) Carrara marble top and two mirrors. Instead a different model was shipped to us (a copy of delivery slip is available at your request. We declined to accept the items and they were returned in the same truck.

We formally requested the full refund for the purchase Total $ 1479 . Up to date no refund was received. The vendor phone very rarely, if ever, answered. Contacted via regular mail and e-mail numerous times with only two responses: one time telling us that we will have the refund two business days and another time telling us that we were already refunded ( never happened) Please note that the items were returned not because were damage or we did not like it, IT WAS NOT what we ordered

Review: Ordered a vanity for my powder room. Did not want the sink but have not received a refund for it ($159.00). Three months after having the vanity installed the top split. Called the company and asked how to proceed with the warranty. Was told I would be contacted with instructions. Calls were not answered or returned and email ignored. Finally someone answered the phone and said to send it to them - I sent an email asking if replacement could be sent first due to expense in getting top removed and inconvience of not having sink. Again no response. Finally, went ahead and sent top back, told I would be reimbursed shipping ($92.00). Calls, emails etc. ignored by the company. As I was leaving a voice mail on July 29th, I suddenly received an email saying the top would be sent on Friday (July 31). They have had the top since May and I still do not have a sink in my powder room!Desired Settlement: I would like a solid non split top sent asap and a refund of the cost of the sink and the cost of packing and returning the top to them. If they cannot send these within the next month I would like a full refund $2548.00 plus the $92 shipping expense I had.

Ordered a vanity from one of their websites selectvanity.com, at first I was impressed with their communication they even price matched the product and said they are the only ones who have it in stock, the website shows it was suppose to ship within 7 business days I ordered on May 17th, it is now the 29th and they STILL haven't shipped. Emails have stopped since I placed my order, no confirmation or updates on order. Doesn't always answer the phone when I call and have never called back when left messages. I demanded a credit since I have been waiting 2 weeks for a product, I am now anxious to see the quality of the product itself and dreading just how much I will really regret doing business with this company. Their website has a banner that's says they are backed by "SuperGuarantee" but if you actually click on it they are NOT. Very shady business practice, will definitely not recommended. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I am now going through the same situation! I ordered my vanity on sept 2nd 2015 and it was expected to take 4-5 weeks. No responses to my emails and they have a phone that does not allow you to leave messages! this company is aHUGE fraud!!! I am trying to get my money back as we speak.

Very similar experience to the other review. After the sale, company does not respond to phone calls, phone messages, or emails. I order a vanity and mirror in early September, got the vanity in late September but never got the mirror. After weeks of calls calls and emails, I finally talked to the someone who said the mirror was broken so not shipped and another would be sent out. Several weeks of calls and emails. I was never called back. In general, they don't pick up the phone and don't respond to emails. I then had to do a credit card inquiry on payment thru my credit card. Miraculously, I was emailed within 48 hours! Then they said they had the mirror in the warehouse but I had to release the money thru the credit card and it would be sent as soon as they got their money. I immediately called my credit card company and then another 6 weeks of not returning calls and sporadic emails. I got confirmation they received the money (thru PayPal), and then another 2 weeks of over 50 calls/emails with no response. I sent a final email asking them to please respond in 48 hours or I will go back to the credit card company and assume they went out of business. Miracle #2 as I was emailed within 48 hours. 2 weeks later I got the mirror. Simply not worth the aggravation to deal with this company who also call themselves selectvanity.com

Review: I ordered a product from this company online on 10-16-15 and have not received the item or notification of its shipping status. My wife and I have attempted to contact the company via telephone and through their website with no success. I don't believe they intend to ship my item and if they ever did intend to their communication was less than poor.Desired Settlement: I am remodeling my bathroom. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the item and I don't have time to wait any longer. I would like a refund.

Review: I returned a mirror that came as an addition to a vanity. The size didn't work and they said I could return it. I returned with their packaging in January and have not seen a credit on my CC. I have left messages and emailed them every month.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount of the mirror which was in the neighborhood of $200 - $300. The invoice reflected a bundled price, although it was an add-on.

Review: I purchased an item from this company. I spoke on the phone to the owner twice to clarify some information. My card was charged for the full amount. About 10 days after placing order I called to inquire about the delivery date. After repeated calls and messages I have still not received a response. The company no longer answers their phone. Straight to a voice mail. I can't even reach anyone to cancel the order and request refund. I don't know if this company is even still in business but they shouldn't be since they are unable to deliver and do not communicate with customers. Terrible.Desired Settlement: I want the order within the next 5 business days or a refund to my account.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that they did not fully or accurately respond to my complaint. I would like it to be noted for your records that the business did not respond to me directly, did not issue a refund, and did not fulfill my order. Their response to my complaint is vague and deceptive. I resolved this matter myself by taking it up with my credit card company. Because my credit card company did not receive a response from the business, they credited the charge back to my account. While I am not seeking any further financial resolution on the part of this business I believe that they need to respond with a correction and acknowledge that my complaint was never addressed directly by them. They seem to be taking credit for resolving this situation when in fact they did nothing at all. They deserve the lowest possible rating and I want other consumers to be forewarned and wary of doing business with this company.

Review: We purchased a vanity from selectvanity.com (which I believe is affiliated with mycabinetry) in late August 2014. On October 23, we finally received our vanity, after attempting to contact the business multiple times, via email and phone without response until threatened of cancellation of credit card payment. When we received the vanity, the countertop was broken in half, so we immediately contacted them again and were told to refuse the shipment and a new countertop would be sent out. It is now more than 2 weeks past that correspondence with no further contact from the company and no new countertop.Desired Settlement: Since we have waited nearly 2 1/2 months for this vanity, we would just like a refund of the countertop price portion of the vanity price. This vanity dilemma has completely halted our remodel.

Review: My wife purchased new vanities from this company. She sent in a personal check for the full amount. The salesperson(s) informed us our order would be ready in 4 weeks. After 5 weeks we still hadn't received the vanities. We called to inquire about what was going on. After many phone calls, the company has never picked up (the phone goes to voicemail, and the voicemail box is full) nor did they return any of our mails. We have still not received a response nor the vanities.Desired Settlement: At this point, we do not trust this company and would just like our money refunded.

Review: On September 4, 2014 this company charged me $1,345.01 for a vanity after I canceled my order because the vanity was backordered. needless to say, I never received the vanity, which is fine since I canceled the order. I have been working for months to get this company to reimburse me. A few weeks ago I was told that a check for the full sum was in the mail, but it never came. My calls to the company's phone number are now going directly to a voicemail box that is full.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the entire amount of $1,345.01 asap.

Review: I placed an order on March 27, 2014 and it is now May 15, 2014 and after multiple phone calls (which the phone is never answered or returned) and emails, I have only received one response on April 17th. Originally it was supposed to ship out late the following week (week of 3/31) where I would be emailed the tracking information. I understand that it would take longer than expected, but I would have appreciated some kind of feedback. April 17th I did receive an email saying that it should have shipped already and she was looking into it. Since then I've called and left 2 messages, and have emailed twice but have yet to hear anything back. I'm concerned because I need this order to come in so that my contractors can finish the work on our house. I've already paid for this item in full and am worried since when I have placed orders in the past the company usually doesn't charge until it has shipped. Is this a scam?Desired Settlement: I would like to see this order shipped ASAP. If not, I would like a full refund.

This order was been refunded in full to the customer last week. The factory has had a backlog of this model and has not been able to keep up with demand until June 15th.
