telephone call to our customer service department, on 6/24/The receipts for the movie ticket reimbursement were not received until 7/2/2015, thus the reason for denying the reimbursementIn the interest of 100% consumer satisfaction, we have re-processed Ms***'s movie ticket reimbursement request and Ms*** will be receiving a check in the amount of $10.25, which represents 50% of the movie ticket costWe apologize for any inconvenience and trusts this resolves the issue
