We have researched the complaint from Ms [redacted] and provide the following Ms [redacted] 's account has been cancelled effective 11/4/2015, prior to receiving correspondence from the Revdex.com A full credit totaling $has also been applied to Ms [redacted] 's account effective the same date 11/4/ We apologize for any inconvenience to Ms [redacted] and trust this fully resolves the matter

telephone call to our customer service department, on 6/24/The receipts for the movie ticket reimbursement were not received until 7/2/2015, thus the reason for denying the reimbursementIn the interest of 100% consumer satisfaction, we have re-processed Ms***'s movie ticket reimbursement request and Ms*** will be receiving a check in the amount of $10.25, which represents 50% of the movie ticket costWe apologize for any inconvenience and trusts this resolves the issue
