please ask her to present all recepts showing payments and claimed overcharges*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: He charged me late fees for money he received when I needed the title he never sent. If anyone should be upset it should be me he got his money why can't I have my title. The DMV doesn't care that he sent an email they want the actual paper so they know it was paid off for sure make sense.
Regards,

Dear [redacted], I regret your ill feelings towards us and I urge you to reevaluate your purchasing experience. On March 30th, we welcomed you, as we do every visitor, and I handed you the Malibu keys. As I walked away I said: “let me know if you have any questions”. That is my standard procedure. We...

want everyone to feel free to make a no pressure decision. We give everyone all the time that they want to check out the vehicle and to test drive it as long as they want to. A little later, you took the Malibu for a test drive and if I recall you had it inspected by your mechanic. ( we the dealers don’t even have that option at the auctions). When you returned, I honored the previously advertised price, and I agreed to sell it to you for $400 less than its advertised price. Furthermore, as per your request I purchased the missing panels, which I have been keeping for you without payment. A couple of weeks ago when I called you regarding these parts, you asked me to hold them till a later time since you were spending all your money on your respected daughter. I agreed to wait and you were happy and thankful. Now, and after 4000 miles you feel that we were dishonest because your Malibu has developed engine problems! How did you come to that conclusion? How could you drive a car that many miles if two cylinders are bad? The shaking would be noticeable even with one bad cylinder. It is a fact that every engine and all moving parts have a lifetime and will eventually have an issue at some point. No one can predict when, and no one can be certain of the reason. That is precisely the reason that new cars have warranties. Even new engines might go bad. Just because some mechanic tells you a story, it doesn’t become a fact. We do check our cars and service them prior to offering them for sale. If there was an issue we would have fixed it or sold it at the auction. We change oil and filter on all our cars. That is why your oil is still at 67% as you stated. It is a fact that your Malibu, which had 125000+ miles had no issues when you test drove it and when you bought it. We did not hide or conceal anything from you. And we never forced you to make a decision. Furthermore, when you asked my technician as to how much he would replace an engine for you, if your brought him a used one, he told you $500. That is actually my labor cost for that job. He offered to make nothing just to help you out. Can anyone else install it for less? Please note that if you do provide an engine, then there is no warranty on labor. That means that you would have to pay twice for the labor if the engine is not sound. It would be best for you to have whoever buys the engine to replace it since they would liable for the whole process and you’d be on the safe side. FYI, a use Malibu engine with 6 month warranty costs about $600. I wished that I was in a better financial position to help you, but I am not. I struggle every day to stay afloat. I hold no ill feelings for you and I wish you well. [redacted]

this complaint is funny, at best; and it is totally untrue and uncalled for. I have a thread of emails and sms's in addition to an extremely abusive and insultive voicemail. I also have documents showing that she and her mom tried to cheat and fraud my company. her mom disputed the...

credit card transaction, which she use to pay for the vehicle. I also have proof that we've released the lien on the title when we mailed out back in 2015, copy on file. Additionally, I have her confirmation that her mom received another lien release on february 3rd 2017 at 8:59 pm. which is the same day that she requested it. regretfully, I sent it before listening to her trash voicemail. No decent clear minded person would ever use such language or threats. She used language and names that i've never heard before. I actually vomited when I listened to it later that night. her negligence is why she lost her title and it is also why she lost the lien release. apparently she comes from a totally different world than mine. Therefore, I will give [redacted] time to withdraw her complaint and write an official apology before I take any further action. I will not move a finger to help her unless the whole complaint is expunged. furthermore, I will instruct my attorney to take legal action.  unfortunately, the Revdex.com system is unjust and unfair since this hideous complaint would stay on my exemplary record even if I do what she wants. at best it would show satisfied which is not acceptable by me. There is a price for tarnishing my impeccable reputation and I will make her pay it unless you both take it off my record. she knows how to reach me and you know how to remove the complaint. happy easter [redacted]
