This company is calling me regarding a loan which I have never taking from them. I do not know this company nor have I used them for this type of services. I received a call from a representative that is harassing me about money that I have paid and filing charges against me for money that I did not repaid back since 2011. I have not done any business with this company nor, have I used their services at all. I tried to talk to the representative about sending me a letter that way I can recalled the loan and she hang up the phone on me. I tried to call back and was transferred to Ms. C's voice mail box. I left a message because the person that was talking to me earlier was very rude and was calling me " thief". I have never done any business with this company therefore, I do not appreciate getting call during work hours and being harassed about something that I do not remembered and did not do. I would appreciate if this company would either send me a letter showing I had took a loan with them and did not pay the loan back. I will be happy to repaid them. However, if I do not owed them I do not want to get any more calls from their representative.

My Cash Now is using Mediation Processing Services to try an collect money that is not owed to them. This is like the second company has contacted me concerning a payday loan that happen around about 2012 or so. This company need to be completely shut down. They like scare people by telling them that My Cash Now is going to take them to court to have their wages garnished but at the same time they can not tell you any specific about when they deposit into your checking account. It sounds like a real scam going on using another company.
