I would like to say that at first this company seemed to be committed and eager to recover my lost funds, but as time went on and things did not go well their level of involvement dropped off. I have had no contact from them in many months.
We share *** disappointment given the apparent outcome of his case. We strove to maintain a close dialogue with him throughout the process to explain to him the steps that we were taking on his behalf in four different countries. Nonetheless, we were stymied from the start by the refusal of *** bank to identify for us the merchant's bank. To attempt to overcome that problem we retained the ongoing services of an attorney who specializes in international fund recovery cases such as his. But his bank also refused the attorney's request to identify the merchant's bank. That being the case, the only remaining step was to file a complaint with the SEC and FBI, since we do know that *** funds passed through an American bank and were deposited in an American bank account. Should either agency bring formal charges against the merchant, Floyd will now be positioned to obtain indemnification. Having reviewed our file on this case in preparing this response, we see that we invested a significant amount of time and manpower to explore every avenue to recover his funds. His complaint truly ought to directed to his bank, which failed to serve him in his hour of need.
I did ask my case worker in one of my emails if my case was over, it was a two part question and he only answered one part. It took a company review to get a response. I have never been informed that my case was at a stand still and there was no way to proceed. Their response to my review is a dance around the problem. I said I have had no contact from them in months.
I can't thank *** enough for their effort and dedication in resolving my case. I recovered most of my money back. My credit cards are now current! On the downside, there were a couple times where it was hard to reach my case manager by phone. Although I was disappointed, it was easy to understand the delays because my bank keep us on hold forever. Benji was considerate but firm with the bank. Bottom line is I couldn't have done it without mychargeback's help.

I just wanted to say that mychargeback is a reputable company that really helped me when I was in a very bad place due to a financial scam. over about 18 months I had paid with credit card to a company claiming to be investing for me, but really they were just taking my money.

Being victims of fraud is a painful situation, that no one wanted to be in. But among all that stress and darkness this is a ray of light. If you lost money due to scams using credit cards for fees, this company is the one to use to recover your money. I was very skeptical at first because I had already lost thousands and really didn't think that I could get anything back. Today I received funds in my checking account, recovering about 3/4 of money "invested" in binary options. WOW! They do charge a fee but it is reasonable. It also takes a lot of work on your part, but if you follow their instructions you just might get your money back. I would highly recommend this company

MyChargeBack provided a successful resolution to a credit card fraud I experienced and was able to get ALL my money back.
